We had a rapidly developing situation where a loved one needed to be moved out of a rehab facility due to a decision by her Medicare Advantage insurer. We needed to place my mother in law into an assisted living facility and Lisa guided us through every step including finding facilities, setting up tours, going on the tours with us to ask questions and taking detailed notes that she delivered to us after every visit! While this was all wonderful, Lisa has continued to go the extra mile. She knew my mother in law was very hesitant so she came to meet with her 1 on 1 to answer her questions and calm her fears. She helped her know what to expect with the medical assessment and helped facilitate the application process as well.
