Professional and pleasant to deal with.

I have these guys take care or my family home in Vic while we live in Australia. I couldnt be more grateful for how easy they have been to work with. Special thanks to Valon who is always so onto any issues and gets them resolved so fast. Wonderful location, quiet, easy to find parking. We were here for a work trip and it was nice to get back for the day and relax in the cozy space. Our messages were answered promptly and the hosts were very accommodating to our requests. A great experience!

This company left me and my family stranded a month before Christmas. I had a reservation to spend Christmas in one of the properties they supposed to manage and listed on Airbnb, and after purchasing plane tickets from Florida for all my family (7) and car rentals they just cancelled my reservation without an explanation. I had to contact Airbnb to put pressure so HFP could finally tell me that the "owner" of the property decided to spend time in the house. We were left stranded with all properties now twice the price to rent. Didn't help with an alternative. And as per Airbnb, they never responded to there text, emails nor calls. Extremely unprofessional company. I end up find a comparable home for $1000 more because we were now just a month from Christmas. Probably they are great to give your house to rent out, but to rent from the? NEVER! EVER! They show cero respect for a client's time and money. Less

Alex and his team have been managing our brand new Airbnb . This was an entirely new process for us so naturally we had lots of concerns .We are so glad we made the choice to go with HFP . They have been extremely professional and have taken all the stresses and worries away ! It has been a pleasure dealing with them and highly highly recommended them !

If you want to deal with a company that is more interested in money than being professional, these are the guys. Avoid them. Response: To clarify, reservation was done on AirBnb and cancelled within 5 minutes of making it, not "last minute" as the liars below claim. Their refund policy which they directly communicated to me said "full refund if cancelled within the first 48hrs and more than 14 days away" both of which were true. Airbnb however has some global policy about these types of reservations which they claim overrides a policy, unless the owner agrees to abide by their own refund policy (which is the 48hrs/14 days). These guys refused to do that and instead saw an opportunity to try and rip off a customer. A charge back was filed with the bank and the funds are being returned to me. This owner will still lose the money and now a customer forever. TLDR; they are morally and ethically bankrupt Less

The place is exactly how they show in pictures, had spectacular views and the location make easy and enjoy your visit to Victoria. The access instructions worked perfectly. On my next trip back I would like to be in his place for sure.

Beautiful space and super responsive hosts. Had everything we needed and was in an awesome location.

The rental unit was beautiful. The furnishings were high end, was well stocked with essentials, and the wifi was fast. The views were magnificent. Hands Free Property was extremely responsive to inquiries.

Great place all around.

My wife and I stayed here for an extended-stay and found the property to be better than described and even more beautiful than the photographs. We also found the hosts and management company to be very responsive, and the quality to be perfect for our needs. We have no complaints and would definitely stay at this property again and recommend our future visiting guests stay here, too.
