They replaced the cross beam above the garage door and changed all the trimming around the front window of our condo and they did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and super clean. McKowski's does the ongoing maintenance for our HOA as well specific larger projects, including a drainage project for my unit. I can't speak highly enough about their performance. They diligently pursued the work and were exquisitely detailed in doing everything well and without shortcuts. This is in sharp contrast to a competitor who did the same work at another unit, who did shoddy work and had to be tracked down continually as they were not on site. McKowski's cost just slightly more, and it was definitely money well spent to get a great project in record time. Less

I am renting a condo near Fashion Valley and one of the weight bearing beams in the garage door had become weakened from water damage. McKowski's crew came out and in one day repaired the damaged area perfectly. Additionally the automatic door sensors became non functional during the work. After attempting to repair them, the crew went to Home Depot and replaced them with new ones the same afternoon. The door now works perfectly and they did not charge for the sensors. McKowskis is top notch. I strongly recommend them. My HOA has 168 units. The property is 10+acres built in the 70s. We have a lot of deferred maintenance so there is always something to do. We have been extremely happy with everything they do both big and small. From general maintenance to cement grinding and replacement, stucco repairs, wood repairs, fence demo and replacement.. plus so much more.
