I’m 50 years old and restarting my fitness journey after more than 30 years, and trainers Michael and MK, along with owner Russell, have been incredibly supportive and encouraging from the start. They’ve created a positive, welcoming environment where I feel challenged without feeling intimidated. I’m excited to keep showing up, getting stronger, and building myself back up. I highly recommend CrossFit Total Control to anyone looking for a supportive place to begin, or begin again!

Great gym!-super spacious facility, so you don’t feel like you’re on top of one another during your workouts-informative coaching with appropriate modifications for postpartum-Separate area if you want to do your own workouts, including some traditional machines-Awesome add-on amenities, such as cold plunge and sauna-Awesome crossfit atmosphere: people working hard to live at their healthiestLove how their kid friendly too once my baby gets old enough to bring her there🩷

My family and I were in town for about 3 weeks and everyone at Total Control has been so welcoming, supportive and kind. A big part of CrossFit is community, and there’s no lack of community here. All coaches are knowledgeable, flexible and genuine; thank you all.Programming is great and I highly recommend the weekly pass if you’re in town for a few days.We’ll see you all again soon!

CrossFit Total Control is everything you want in a CrossFit gym at the beach. I dropped in while on vacation and they had every piece of equipment you could need. The outdoor rig and turf space is pretty sweet for continuing that beach town vibe while getting a good workout in. Loved the hospitality - I’ll absolutely be back!

Amazing gym! I came as a drop in and they were very welcoming! They introduced me to the group and all the members were very nice and let me jump in like I was a member. The coaching was really impressive. He walked the group through every movement and had coaching cues on how to improve different areas of the workout. I can’t say enough about this place and I will absolutely drop in again. No need to go anywhere else!
