Very responsive! Andrew provided good information and did not try to "upsell" me when he came to evaluate for the quote. I received two other quotes and Image Painting was right in line. Image Painting had to work extra hard to clean and prepare my house, as the ancient prior paint had been covered by a linseed oil wash. They took the time to make sure it was right before proceeding with the new paint. It looks great now. They were also very patient with all my questions and concerns. I'd use them again.

In fairness, this was a tricky job. 3 of the rooms they did an excellent job on, where you can't even tell where the patch was, and they didn't even need to paint the whole wall or ceiling to blend and hide the patch. The last room that had a little trouble had a tray ceiling that had both a hole that needed patching and water stains from a leak. On the first pass they did a great job on the patch, but there seemed to be some miscommunication on fixing the water stains as they were still visible. Image was very responsive when I asked if they could come back and take another look at it. The painter that came back out went above and beyond. Where I thought they just needed to use some stain-resistant primer, they actually sanded down the whole area, re-patched where needed, and repainted. And repainting on a tray ceiling means primer, flat coat on ceiling and beams, and semi-gloss on the molding. He was out for about 2/3 of a day. They were also very affordable, much less than other quotes I got. So they are a good value and willing to work with you to get it right. Minor points off for not getting it right the first time, but easy to work with and final product looks excellent. Less

Image Painting fixed over 25+ holes -- both plaster and drywall -- in our home due that was a result of a large rewiring project. In all, the work took five days, including the repair and repainting of more than half the house. The team was on time, friendly, addressed scope of work changes, and executed on our repair work needs. I highly recommend them, and will use them again.
