I had a disagreement with the owner, but I believe he did what he thought was right and is trying to support his family so I’m gonna drop a good review anyway. Just make sure you know that when you buy multiple treatments up front, that you have to use them within 30 days or they expire.

Truly amazing experience at Cryo Wake Forest. I tried dry float therapy for the first time and it was awesome! After 30 minutes I was so relaxed. The next 30 minutes was the best power nap I’ve ever had. Will definitely go back for another 60 or 90 minute session!

I highly recommend the dry float. It was “real” sleep. Uninterrupted, quiet, and relaxing. I will definitely do the one hour next time.

My husband treated me to the Dry Float for my birthday. It was warm and so relaxing. Antonio was accommodating, I was able to choose the color of light and given the option of headphones. Being a person who struggles with aquaphobia, I enjoyed the Dry Float experience, highly recommend it and will be returning.

Amazing first time experience (But NOT the last) at Cryo Wake Forest. I walk an average of 5 to 7 miles 5 days a week. So when I heard about Compression Therapy I wanted to try it. It was perfect for my legs and feet. Great establishment!!!

A shout out to Cryo Wake Forest! I was hesitant at first, but you have to think mind over matter and I did a full 3 minutes! I did have some sciatic pain before I went in and when I came out it was gone! I will be returning and I think everyone should try it and stick to it.

This really helped to decompress my spine. The last and most helpful service was the cryotherapy. The staff was very informative and they were able to talk me through what to expect from that experience. I can tell you, several days after my appointment, I felt amazing and was not nearly as sore as what I typically am after a tough workout.
