Overall, I could tell an improvement in my relaxation and how I drifted off during the therapy, the night for bedtime at home, and I feel even more rested. I highly recommend the dry float. It was “real” sleep. Uninterrupted, quiet, and relaxing. I will definitely do the one hour next time.

I was able to take advantage of a couple services during my time here. First, I started off with the leg compression for promoting better recovery through increased blood flow and relaxation. This was really a nice experience in the comfy recliners! I then moved into the other room with the inversion table to release some pressure in my lower back from heavy squats. This really helped to decompress my spine. The last and most helpful service was the cryotherapy. The staff was very informative and they were able to talk me through what to expect from that experience. I can tell you, several days after my appointment, I felt amazing and was not nearly as sore as what I typically am after a tough workout. If I could do one thing over, it would be to add in the sauna right after the cryotherapy session for even better recovery! Highly recommend Cryo Wake Forest for all your training recovery needs! Less
