This course was so helpful! I had gone on 40 first dates and was feeling frustrated, so I reached out to Dawn asking about her course. It helped me realign my focus and hone in on what I wanted. I had been struggling with panic attacks for a long time and I tried just about everything and anything to make them stop!! I was told that I should go see Dawn at unified Mind and I was excited to see if she could help me and went in with pure hope and a open mind/heart and after one session I left feeling like a new person and I haven’t had a panic attack since!!!!!🫶 I felt a real release of emotion..the feelings that were inside me that were hurting my heart and mind!! I cried!I am so excited to see if it works for my mental state and I feel that it will because of how much she has helped me through the panic attacks! This approach is different from anything I've tried before. The very idea that I can change the UNDERLYING BELIEFS about my issues instead of just trying and failing to overcome my roadblocks on my own willpower is very exciting. Dawn is so awesome, too, she talks about real world stuff and uses examples that anyone can identify with. I've been having a very hard time avoiding desserts since a breakup last July, and acting out in other ways. Worked with her in one session and learned the techniques of tapping and whenever I feel like I REALLY want some ice-cream or brownies or cookies, I can tap for a moment and the craving is relieved.
