I haven’t even broken ground yet with Jason, but I feel confident enough at this point to give him glowing reviews. One of the reasons I decided to work with ACH, was the process piece of how he gathers his information to determine what’s best for his clients. I researched several builders, all of whom gave me a project cost, sitting with me for just an hour. While I paid a “programming fee” with ACH, I met with Jason over multiple occasions where he asked lots of questions and was able to develop a project proposal that was specific to my budget and aesthetic criteria. His attention to detail is above and beyond what I have ever worked with in a builder. I look so forward to watching Jason deliver on my project and look forward to sharing a final review.

Fantastic, amazing, fabulous. ACH and Jason are hands down the best contractor we have worked with. We were feeling nervous about the size and scope of our project and he allayed all those concerns. He stayed on time and on budget despite unexpected issues and change requests and handled everything with a smile. We wanted to make sure we had a contractor who would keep open lines of communication, keep us up to date on progress, and wouldn't mind being bugged with questions, and ACH more than met that bar. Plus, the quality of the work is exceptional, and his end of process quality review found small things we wouldn't have even noticed. We plan on hiring ACH again for work in the future and would gladly recommend them!

After a devastating fire in the spring of 2023, we chose to hire Jason Dubin with Ambition Builders to rebuild our home. We are very glad we did. I spent the previous 23 years custom renovating my house 1 project at a time and was heavily involved in the design and construction as I am very particular. It was difficult to hand over so much control to a builder I had never worked with before but Jason made it all work. Ambition builds upscale multi million dollar homes but Jason agreed to take us on even though rebuilds can be more complicated than ground up construction. We particularly like his business model of choosing materials for flooring, finishes, closet details, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixtures for plumbing and electrical as well as any unique hobbies and projects that we wanted for our personal lifestyle, at the beginning of the building process. The details can be a little overwhelming but Jason has a fabulous team of designers and keeps up with not only the building trends but the real estate market as well. Our main living space is an open floor plan with the living room, kitchen, bar and dining in one large room. Before the fire, we were very traditional in our furnishings and finishes but Jason was able to nudge us toward a more modern classic feel with clean, crisp lines on the wooden trim, doors, windows and cabinets. I love the look of our new house, which is essentially an older rambler that now has an updated look and feel with high end details. All of the closets, pantry and the mud room have built-in wooden shelving and hanging spaces as well as personalized shoe racks designed and built for our needs. One of Jason's best suggestions was to redesign our sunroom into a four season space. It is one of our favorite rooms now. Jason also recommended tweaking the downstairs to make it more usable with a beautiful extra bedroom and exercise room as well as a bright office that looks out over the yard. Sometimes the little details seem annoying but we always trusted Jason to recommend or even choose which color, design or specific fixture that would look and function exceedingly well. Jason even recommended colors for the ceiling, walls, trim and hardwood floors and kept his enthusiasm even if we chose not to use his recommendations. Jason's attitude, positivity and sincerity are probably his best attributes besides being a perfectionist when it comes to construction. There are always bumps in the road and Jason handles those exceptionally well. Building a house or even rebuilding is very emotionally charged and Jason treated the process as if this was his own home. We often liked Jason's picks better than our own! We highly recommend Ambition if you would like impeccable construction and personal treatment.

Building a new home can be a long, arduous and stressful, but the alleviate all worries with their hands on approach and its reassuring to know that not only has Jason been in the business of building a large number of homes, but he is the builder of his personal home! After speaking with many other builders, Jason and Ambition was my only clear and only choice!!

I highly recommend Ambition Custom Homes for any remodeling services. We had some custom work done within our home - added doors to our office space which required some drywall work as well, shiplap added to a family room wall, built a small mud room area and had a flagstone patio built. They do such amazing work! Very professional, excellent customer service, and flexible working with your schedule. I even made some changes half way through a project and they willing accommodated my wants and needs. I will definitely be using their services again!

We used Ambition Custom Homes for hardscaping in our rear yard and the installation of a pavilion. Jason (the owner) and his team did an excellent job on the flagstone patio, electrical work and pavilion assembly. We enjoyed working with Jason -- he was on-site regularly, was very detail oriented and effectively communicated with us during the project.
