Our website is professional looking and changes/additions are easily added. The editing team is responsive and committed to troubleshooting. Nido created a new website for our Montessori school and the reaction has been extremely positive. We especially like the contact management aspect of our new site. I was assigned a personal representative to make sure our website met our needs and he's available to answer our questions and make changes that we require. We met (remotely) so he could show me how to control various aspects of our site. We also take advantage of their social media posting services. They find and post appropriate content daily to our Facebook and Instagram feeds. This keeps us active and visible on social media without taking the time necessary to find these great posts ourselves. We hope to begin a blog using their services in the near future. They also have a many more resources specifically aimed at Montessori schools. I highly recommend Nido Marketing. Less

Our school recently worked with Nido Marketing to create a new website for our school. The team at Nido was exceptional and professional from the beginning which started with a one-on-one zoom meeting with Camille in addition to several follow up meetings to make sure our admin team had a solid understanding of the work that we needed to do. It took quite a bit of time and effort on our end to provide the content Nido needed but once we were able to accomplish this it didn't take very long for the super-tech-humans, Micel and his team, to put everything in place for us. Nido was incredibly responsive to our many questions and did a lot of hand-holding for me (since I'm not familiar with web design). Nido also provided a sizeable library of video tutorials that have been quite helpful. The finished result is beautiful and easy to navigate. I especially like that prospective parents are now able schedule tours at their convenience which has been a time-saver for me. I highly recommend using Nido Marketing if you are considering a new website (or an upgrade to your existing one). Less

Honestly and unfortunately, other things would sometimes take priority. Sure, I received some fabulous feedback regarding my website, and some great tidbits as owner of a new school, but the busyness of my days would always leave Nido Marketing on my “one day soon” list. Then, enter pandemic! When the Montessori Community was seeking immediate, in-the-trenches support, Nido Marketing was (and is still) there! The Zoom calls moved to a weekly platform allowing for even more brainstorming, dialogue, collective problem solving as well as support from experts in their respective realms. It's like getting a crash course in non-profit/small business marketing plus a fantastic technical & graphic design support team who respond on a dime. They've been incredible. I email my rep with questions about anything and everything because he has so much experience and can link me to a resource for just about anything my school needs in that moment. Where Nido has really knocked it out of the park is in this COVID-19 crisis: it's been incredibly tough to pivot overnight from in-person to online learning, and Nido has been there, creating community with Town Hall Meetings, sharing free materials, videos, and other resources we can adapt. I don't know how we would have bridged the gap without them, and I'm grateful for their ongoing support.
