After losing my father and having other family obligations, cleaning my home seemed impossible. It had gotten to a point where the deep cleaning was neglected and clutter was piling up. It made me feel overwhelmed and uncomfortable in my own home. I came across an ad for the Cleaning Artists on social media and as a gift to myself and my husband I booked a cleaning.I felt embarrassed to let people in my home to "clean up after me" but Jen came and instantly made me feel comfotable and humanized the experience that people need support and help sometimes. She did a walkthrough with me and was so attentive.Jen and Bianca cleaned my home beyond my expectations. Even amongst the clutter and the need for some deep scrubbing, they left every inch of my home spotless. They did baseboards, doors, my impossible standing shower (!) Bianca even dusted my husband's obnoxious Star Wars collection of toys!I was so pleased and felt so relieved I hugged Jen and really felt such a weight come off my shoulders.I am now looking to schedule monthly maintenance cleans because I feel it is ok to need that help. Sometimes even the most basic chores can seem like the heaviest burden. I am so grateful for this service!I cannot recommend Jen and Bianca enough! Beatrice came prepared before time and was keen to know what I wanted more focus on which I appreciated. She did a thorough clean of my one bed apartment which is hardwood, tile and carpet which is what I was looking for as I did want a clean of areas I don’t get to when I typically clean.
