I had my first ever Lymphatic Drainage treatment with Marion this week. She was so welcoming to her lovely treatment cabin. She ensured the treatment bed was to my liking warmth- wise and explained the process and outcome before starting.It was a lovely experience using very light touch to make the lymph fluid flow.As the day went on, and following Marion’s ‘take it easy for the day and drink plenty of water’ advice, I found the fluid was definitely moving - lots of trips to the loo!Thanks for your caring treatment Marion.
