I’ve had a great experience at Level Up Music School so far! The teachers are knowledgeable, patient, and truly supportive. I’ve been learning the bass guitar here, and since day 1 (which is crazy to think that’s it almost been one year since I joined) I’ve truly felt welcomed. The environment is encouraging and supportive. You also get to learn through songs you enjoy (which makes it more fun)! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to grow musically! Shout out to Jack, Shing Man, Miguel and Joey!!! 🎸 🎶

I first took lessons ~12 years ago, but only for 6 months because I didn't practice and I didn't take it seriously. Not sticking with it is one of my biggest regrets.Seven months ago I discovered the Level Up Music School and I had my intro lesson with Jack. It was exactly what I was looking for. Ever since then, I've been taking lessons with Shing Man (he is the BEST) and I have been having most amazing time. I only wish that I started sooner. I look forward to my lesson every week and Shing Man is so incredible to work with. He tailors each lesson to my interest and does a fantastic job of explaining the theory behind what I'm playing, answering all of my questions, and pushing me to improve beyond what I think I'm capable of. During my first lesson, Shing Man had me set three goals for myself (short, medium, and long-term). I wasn't sure how achievable these would be, but my lessons are tailored in a way that has helped me make significant progress towards these goals. I love that I am able to discuss my music aspirations with him and also find mutual interests in artists. Having that connection is so important to me.I am now 25 years old. Starting lessons at this stage can be daunting - especially seeing others around me, older and younger, and how much further along they are. But everyone starts somewhere, and that was reminded to me and I was made to feel welcomed and have had non-stop encouragement from day 1. While I don't have lessons with Jack directly, he goes out of his way to say hi to me, check in with me, and compliment me on the progress that I'm making. This really matters to me because it's important for me to take lessons with people who truly care. Being able to really connect with Jack and Shing Man over our passion for music is such a special thing. Everyone who knows me hears about how much I have been loving playing guitar again and how much I enjoy these lessons.I know that I still have a long way to get to where I want to be, but I also know that Shing Man and Jack will continue to support me and push me to be the best guitarist I can be.11/10. Cannot recommend Level Up Music School enough.

We absolutely love Level Up Music School. Both of our kids have been attending for almost two years now, and they each take both guitar and piano. They’re genuinely happy, excited to go, and we’ve seen so much growth — not just in skills, but in confidence and love for music.The school is super flexible and easy to work with — rescheduling is simple, communication is always prompt, and there’s a real sense of community.The concerts and open mics are awesome and give the kids and parents something to look forward to.I was lucky to be one of the few parents handpicked for a complimentary class of my choice. It gave me a behind-the-scenes look at how the classes are taught and the level of care, structure, and passion the teachers bring.But the real surprise was how much it changed our whole family life. Music is now part of our everyday rhythm - we listen music together, family jam sessions are now a real thing, and it even woke up the long-sleeping rock star in my husband. It made our home feel more creative and connected.We are very greatful to be a part of Level Up community and highly recommend this school to anyone looking for quality music education in a warm, welcoming and inspiring environment.It’s not just about learning here—it’s about confidence, passion, and enjoying every step of the journey.Thank you to Jack and his team to make this place so special!
