Honestly super happy that I choose this facility. I have been working with John, Brenda, and Juni! They are amazing and make sure they explain everything to me in detail and show me what im working towards and at the moment. They are also so much fun to work with and I get excited to see them on my PT sessions. Super great progression and I feel better after every session! Thank you guys!

I had a very positive experience with them and the therapist were very caring and patient. The office team was also a plus and very helpful and did a great job coordinating with my insurance.Everyone was very professional and provided great care I was seeing them after having hip replacement surgery they got me back on track! I highly recommend this business!

Great therapists and staff! I worked with every therapist at least once during my recovery, and they all knew their stuff. It's a little hard to keep the same time from week to week because they're a little too popular, but that's probably on me for not planning in advance.

I’ve had a really great experience with Alexia and Caleb. I’m not usually someone who enjoys working out, but they make it fun and comfortable every time. I pretty much go into each session knowing I’ll leave sweaty and thirsty, but always feeling better after. Super easy people to work with and definitely recommend them. 🤍

The team here is great from Christopher to Caleb to Alexia! I’ve had physical therapy for different injuries over the years, and this team is top notch across the board. Very professional, on time, they push you but support you along the way. I’ve seen how they work with others of all ages and injuries or needs, and I can say without a doubt or hesitation that this is the place to go if you need physical therapy.

The front desk and the therapist are amazing!! Billing is absolutely horrible!!! I spoke with billing and she said "Oh I may have your check here but I only deposit once or maybe twic3 a month" yet you keep sending out bills as if I have not paid them, which I did but you did not take the time to deposit the check. Then Dec 19th you send me a bill for services in October..really. I have been to many PT and never a billing issue. Ma6be the person in billing needs an assistant or replacement.

Agree with the other posts about terrible customer service. They were not apologetic about shedding my referral and when asked what dates they called because I did not have voicemails from them on my phone record. They said they could not provide that information because they shredded it. Do not recommend going here strictly because of the rude customer service for scheduling.

I agree with these other posts. This place was horrible. Very unprofessional staff, including the nasty manager Becky who hung the phone up on me. I was also thrown into gold's gym on my own and the therapists worked on numerous patients at the same time. Save yourself from dealing with this nasty place and find a different PT provider.

About a year ago, I mainly saw Eric and Cristie, who helped me recover core ability after over a decade of extreme split abs and corrective surgery. They were great! Occasionally I also saw an assistant or intern who was helpful, too. They're a friendly bunch. The PT helped me with many everyday activities, like picking up a basket of laundry safely. It's great to have core strength again!

Have to agree with these other posts. This place is horrible. My insurance was about to run out and some moron discharged me. Still had ONE session left. In the middle of rehab from surgery. Amazing. No discussion. On my way out they tell me I'm discharged. Good luck. Would have paid cash, for ONE WEEK, as insurance would have kicked in then, but nothing was discussed.They sent me out of there with a frozen shoulder after shoulder surgery and it took a month or two with a real physical therapist to free it up and get correct rehab following the surgery. Also don't think I ever even saw a physical therapist just some assistant peon. This place is horrible.Agree with the other comments also. Throw you into gold's gym on your own. Also the therapists have up to 5-6 patients at a time and are running around like crazy people.

Robert Cowley He behaved extremely discriminatingly with me. He acted as if I was going to be the doctor and give him explanations of my pain in medical terms, to the point where he even scratched his head in frustration. He made me feel like an idiot. For every thing I mentioned, he just looked at me seriously and without saying anything. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would never return to this provider nor recommend him.

I was recovering from a broken elbow. Could barely bend it or move it without shooting pain. Alexia and Cristie did a excellent job would recommend to anyone in Prince William county
