I would just like to recommend Get Hard Concreting if you need concreting in Brisbane, Firstly to have a company that arrives on the day and the time they said they would is a plus ,plus, plus for me and from initial site visit for a quote on Wednesday morning and the emailed quote and follow-up phone call at lunch time the same day which I accepted and agreed for the next day for the prep to start and was completed same day. The team went the extra mile to make sure I was completely informed and answered all my questions no matter how many and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with the answers, I can be a pain wanting to know what I see as a big problem but the experience of the team ensured I was satisfied. I was informed concrete was not available until the following Wednesday and lo and behold a phone call and SMS from Carolyn on Tuesday ensuring I was still happy for the pour to go ahead on Wednesday. 10/10 for communication, knowledge, information and 11/10 for being and doing what was agreed to on the day and time specified.
