I saw his poster at Sackville Drive and called him to do the washing for my two storey house at Penstock Court. He spent more than three hours to wash all the sidings, pipes, gutters, etc. for under $400. Of course, the time and cost would depend on the size of the house, the season, and so on. He did a very good job. He took pictures for the exteriors before and after the washing. It looked completely clean. I talked to my neighbor a few house away, he said that he spent almost $500 to do the washing a few years ago. Therefore, I think that it is a very good value as well as a job well done.
