The float tank was amazing, has pretty blue stars on the ceiling which can be turned off for total sound / light deprivation. But nice to have the option if you don’t like total darkness. I have used these beautiful facilities many times and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Floating just gets better and better each time. The pure magnesium and mental stillness make it time well spent. 10/10 experience from both my wife and I. I’m a construction worker and my wife is 32 weeks pregnant, both of us harbour plenty of aches and pains. Neither of us typically into ‘alternate medicine’ or anything of the ‘woo-woo’ variety but we both couldn’t recommend the float baths enough. We booked 3 sessions 3 days in a row after walking passed on our holiday. The staff were all incredibly welcoming. We will be back! Less

I tried the Float Therapy for the first time and it was a beautiful experience. I like to meditate and this is definitely an experience that helped me reaching a deeper state. I felt like coming back home, to the protective loving and safe womb of my mom. I felt that safe that I could totally surrender and let go of everything. Located in the Oasis Shopping centre in Broadbeach, Floating away is luxury at its finest. I have had over 50 floats (at competitors) and this experience was my favourite of them all. From the moment you arrive, the staff are very friendly and informative on how best to experience the float. I loved the privacy of the room (and lock on the door) and the design of the room with graphic designs of an ocean. I also loved that the roof lights up and is a copy of the stars. Sooo beautiful. The float itself, put my whole body to a relaxation state and the sensory deprivation was something much needed to switch off from the world and reset. There are facilities to have a shower, wash and dry your hair. There is also an area afterwards to drink tea and water and slowly bring yourself back to reality. Thank you very much. Loved it!
