I had 23 teeth pulled on Feb. 28th and was sent home with the most beautiful set of teeth with a perfect bite! Not sure if Dr. Collier just did not want to help me or seriously did not know how to. Gentle and patience Dr. Collier smiling all alone knowing he had to help me cause, I had dental needs that had been started and his service was the next step to complete a process. Dr. Collier does IV sedation which drew me near to him. I’m thinking half the battle done (tap tap put me to sleep and do what you must, wake me after you’re done).He had the capability to put me to sleep, no worries, so I thought (lol) After good conversation and better understanding as to who I the new patient was, Dr. Collier decided to find a new way of treatment call Patient Extra TLC that only Dr. Collier & his office staff can provide. I was able to control my level of treatment at my paste & speed. Never was I rush while the treatment plan was work out. We had as many appointments as needed to complete the treatment plan. Dr. Collier was always welcoming when I would show up for my appointment. He would do as much as I would allow for that session and respectfully reschedule for further treatment. Dr. Collier discuss all his findings to ensure I understood and he answer all questions. While in the dental seat being work on if it got to be too much for me, Dr. Collier would give me a quick break to regroup my self and just get my breathe. I felt the trust building in with Dr. Collier because he made sure my stress level was manageable & I was calm. I couldn’t understand how I was so scared but I would still would do what I must do when it came to the dentist. Dr. Collier has such a Gentle Spirit with a calming smile, that you had to lean onto allowing him to help you with his dental craft. I allow Dr. Collier to work his plan for me allowing me to have a healthy dental mouth. “My smile is to die for now “ Dr. Collier took away my dental craziness and decided to work on me without IV sedation but with trust and patience. I’m Glad we did it his way. No matter how long it took to get the treatment plan done, Dr. Collier’s smile never change his patience for me, he was always 100 percent in. I honestly think Dr. Collier told his staff to treat me with kit gloves because I was his special TLC patient (lol ). We went from the parking lot to the dentist chair but Dr. Collier got me taken care of. I must say through all of the tears fears and nervousness, I trust Dr. Collier & his office staff hold hardly. I really love how knowledgeable the whole team is, they didn’t mind breaking it down so I could really understand, I am pretty awkward but they just went with it and let me be me. Seriously, they fixed things in my first appointment that I thought were issues for life. I didn’t even know it could be corrected. And they identified the issues that had been afflicting me so quickly. And the plans!! Gosh the plans they put you on, it really suites each individual person and what your individual needs are. You need to depend on insurance and maximize those benefits? Ok they have a plan for that. Out of pocket? Plan. You got money like that? They got a plan for it. Dr. Collier is pretty rad. He’s courteous, professional and most importantly, patient with people who have dental anxiety. He’s also been a tremendous help to my 15yr old daughter who has TMJ. His staff is pretty great too! Dr. Collier will be my dentist until he retires or I move and I just bought a house so I’m not going anywhere!

Dr. Collier and his office are excellent. I chipped a front tooth and his office quickly got me in and is the only dentist of 5 previous who fixed this tooth perfectly the first appointment. His hygentists are extremely professional and friendly. The front office provides excellent service. They accept military insurance but have a small co-pay that is worth it for the quality of service.

Overall one of the better dental experiences I've had in a while. Appointments were set up quick and staff was friendly.
