I had my first appointment with Kiran today. I am very pleased with my nails. She is lovely to talk to, very empathetic, calm and friendly. She has great attention to detail and is very gentle with the nails. The important thing is that she takes time to find out what actually the client wants and is very receptive of the feedback. I had a very pleasant experience and I’m looking forward to my next appointment already!
