Good foot massage by masseuse. 88 RM for 60 mins. However, could use improvements on customer experience. Receptionist forgot about me when serving me. I was also carrying a couple of bags, was not advised where to place them till I asked. I wasn't sure if i can bring them into the massage area. Toilet flushing also didn't work, informed the receptionist and told her I did not use the toilet, but I was wiping the toilet seat hence tissue in the toilet, but she "eeked" at the sight. I mean valid reaction? but could some hospitality training. Left the place without any "Thank you come again". Overall, good place for massage but lacks customer service experience.
