Recently purchased a Softub. Jack did a great job explaining differences and helping me choose the tub best for me and my situation. After installation, a small leak was detected. Carter immediately identified and fixed the problem. I think it took him longer to park than actually conduct the repair. 100% across the board for both of these gentlemen

5-star customer service rating! I've had my swim spa for about 4 months and love it! I go back to Innovative for all my chemicals and water testing because they offer great customer service. Elliot was great before install, present at install and after! My kids and I are using it almost everyday! I provided small design items to MasterSpas but the product is still 4.6 stars and really enjoyable.

The service team at Innovative Spas is top-notch. Carter serviced my spa last year and my pool earlier today; he is an honest, outstanding technician and a great guy. On both occasions, he quickly diagnosed the issues and resolved the problem. He communicates very well, and he ensured I understood his process and the resolution options. I appreciate a tech who goes the extra mile, and Carter does just that.

Cant speak on their actual work but unimpressed with their customer service.Called this morning after one of their vans nearly backed into me while backing out of a driveway(I swerved or they would have). The truck behind me was laying on the horn and had to stop because the van still proceeded to back out.The man who I spoke with at customer service acted like he couldn't do anything without the make and model of the van. Claimed he cant see the GPS without it and kept repeating he needed the make and model even tho I had said I was unsure where they had gone. The lovely impatient gentleman even went as far as to address me by name which was never provided. My second call went unanswered when I saw the van again and tried to call to provide more info so here it is insteadSomeone needs to work on people skills as well as driving skills. I guess I should have been more concerned with the make and model rather than avoiding a collision. Still unsure of the model.

We first saw SoftTub spas at Springfest in Ocean City, MD a few years ago. We knew that we wanted to buy one, but also needed to do some renovations to our home. So, we kept visiting the Innovative Spas SoftTub booth each Springfest/Sunfest for a couple of years until we were ready. Danielle and Mike were awesome, they explained how the tub works and by the time we ready to buy they were like old friends! Our SoftTub is now set up and we love it so much! Danielle made sure we had everything we needed to get it set up and has been so responsive to our questions. She even contacted me a few days later to check in with us! Great product, great customer service! I highly recommend Danielle and Innovative Spas!

We bought our hot tub a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The salesman talked us through all the steps and processes we would need to do. The delivery driver was quick and efficient. We just left the store because we had more questions about maintaining a healthy hot tub. He assured us we were doing the right things and made suggestions to make it easier moving forward. We even picked up some hot tub safe aromatherapy crystals for an over-the-top experience.
