Carter was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He restored my hot tub back to normal in no time after troubleshooting for a few minutes. He took time to answered my questions and even offered to help with future service calls. I would highly recommend Innovations Spas for any hot tub/swimming pool needs!

Wasn't a good experience unfortunately. The product broke twice before Ive even had a chance to use it. Nothing was really done as a courtesy.

We purchased the Softub Portico model from Mike about a year ago & have enjoyed it immensely. We were able to drain it easily twice with the use of a small sump pump. Innovative Spas had a booth set up for the show. I had always been fascinated by the idea of getting a Softub and Danielle had answers to every question I asked about them. She signed us up for financing and we purchased a 300-gallon Softub and a surround. Both were shipped to us promptly, but we put them in storage for months before we set them up. When the time came to set up the Softub, we realized our water softener system and very high iron content in our well water were both issues. I called the number I had for Danielle, hoping she still worked for Innovative Spas (not knowing she was an owner). She was immediately responsive and deftly navigated us through both of those landmines so that we had crystal clear water. The Softub has been a great addition to our back patio and loved by everyone in our household. Recently, our Hydromate power pack was not heating properly. I texted Danielle, (still not knowing she was an owner) and once again, even though it was after working hours, she answered immediately. She said was doing a show at the county fair in Harrington, Delaware (about an hour from our home) and suggested we bring her the Hydromate and she would take it back to the shop in Virginia Beach for repair. We were already planning a trip to Virginia Beach the following weekend and were hoping it could be repaired by then. Danielle was not certain they could have it completed that quickly, but said she would do what she could to make that happen. Once again, Danielle and Innovative Spas came through! Wednesday that week I received a call with a diagnosis of the problem and Saturday we were able to pick up the repaired Hydromate. When I arrived at the store, I was telling the person at the front counter how great Danielle was. He smiled and thanked me saying, "that's my Mom". This was when I found out Innovative Spas is a family business and Danielle is an owner. I know this has been a long review, but I wanted to tell our full story to show everyone how great the service has been. Even many years after our purchase. Hire them to build my fence because I wanted to look good. They put up 8 feet in from where we talked about and they said they were going to give me a free gate so I could weed wac back there. Highly recommend! Carter fixed the heater on my pool that another company had not been able to fix and he did an excellent job servicing my hot tub too. I appreciate that he went above and beyond to kindly point out a way I could be taking better care of my pool cover. I recently had a MAJOR leak, but it's out of warranty now so good luck. I contacted numerous local techs and none of them wanted anything to do with it. I finally got a local guy to check it out, he tried twice to repair it and finally said it will cost $2-3K to repair it correctly and he recommended to scrap the hot tub. I owned a Cal Spa for 13 years before this and had minor issues that I repaired myself such as a heater and some sensors. The expanding foam insulation on this tub makes it a mess to repair and nobody wants to touch it. Less

Rating: 5 Stars (for equipment, and customer service). If you are in the market for a hot tub; look into Innovative Spas. Their customer representative, Ken Gordon, was up front and factual about everything. The tub was very easy to install, particularly the plumbing. One person, with average strength and basic tools can do it. We installed it on an existing brick patio in our back yard. Literally rolled it into position, filled it with a garden hose, waited for the temperature to reach 90 degrees and jumped in. The only issue was Estes Trucking, they delivered part of the order but insisted it was complete, and the side of the tub box had signs of forklift penetration. We did not see any damage until we got the tub in place and removed the box. We found a small tear in the side of the tub cover. We took pictures and sent them to Mr. Gordon. He was fantastic, and immediately contacted the manufacturer for replacement. We opted to keep the tub rather than go through the effort of returning the damaged unit since the damage was slight and did not affect the operation of the tub. Mr. Gordon responded with a very generous cash discount, which we accepted. The other problem, created by Estes Trucking, was the wood surround. When it left the manufacturer it was on a pallet and consisted of four heavy boxes. When it was delivered by Estes Trucking it was one box. The pallet and three boxes with critical parts were missing. The shipping labels from Estes had been altered to show only one box, when you can see the original label was 4 boxes. After several weeks of Estes supposedly investigating, we still do not have the surround we wanted. Again, Mr. Gordon and Innovative Spas stepped up and offered to give us a full refund rather than wait for the trucking company to do their job. In every respect, Ken Gordon and the Innovative Spa team has been professional, informative and timely. We’d recommend them to anyone. I have been a long time owner (over 10 years) of the Softub 300. I use mine 12 months in the year. It is a cool pool in the summer and a hot tub in the winter. It makes my day/night! I love it and I highly recommend everyone take advantage of this extremely low cost product. In essence- it's super COOL but it can be hot :-)

Very rude owner, will kick you out of the parking lot if you don't immediately leave. Parking lot is owned by the shopping center, not this guy but he will literally bang on your car to make you go when there are tons of spaces. Will never spend a dime here. Much better people to do business with elsewhere.

The staff at this place were incredibly rude to a group of people doing a pokemon raid at a gym located there. A matter of 15 minutes and it would have been finished, but they had all their staff knocking on car windows and threatening people to make them leave. I will never do business with such mean, rude people.

I have struggled to find a pool service that is run professionally for over 3 years. I've finally found it with Innovative pool and spa. Travis arrived and went right to work fixing the plumbing that had cracked, and adding a heater unit. He was truly a master of his craft.

Thomas installed my cover and the lifter (what he was hired to do...) in less than an hour. My Spa is 15 years old. He spent the next 2 hours taking things apart, lubricating worn components, checking and making sure everything was working properly. Not all things worked before he arrived...everything worked when he left. We bought the house 4 years ago, and did not know much about this Spa operation. He showed us a lot! Finally, as he was leaving, he noticed I was trying to move my generator ( I was going to finally take it to a shop, as I could not get it started for 4 years, especially when we needed it in October after the storm) Thomas asked what was up and I told him not to worry about it. He insisted he works on small engines and proceeded to help me start it. He did! He offered to come with his little daughter some time next week, on his day off, to work on the generator and clean the carburetor. Unheard of service, Innovative Spas is lucky and fortunate to employ such people like Thomas. We need a new control unit for the Spa, and I'm calling Innovative Spas ONLY! If you are a Do-It-Yourselfer you will save money buying things on line for sure...but these people do this for a living, so I understand their higher price for items in the showroom. Horrible! See pictures of my "repair". Oh, that's right you can't. Innovative Spas deleted my pictures. They don't want you to see what they did to me. I'll keep trying to share my story. I'll describe the repair. Lots of electrical tape and DUCT TAPE! That sadly is what Thomas's repair job consisted of. High five dude! Give yourself a raise!

The sales people are very knowledgeable and not pushy made selecting the right tub or Brees. The two young men that came out to set up the tub very friendly knowledgeable and courteous. I had troubles with my breaker and I called their technician he came out great guy very helpful very friendly an extremely knowledgeable. I couldnt get a diverted valve or neck pillow for my spa. It’s a very long story and dont want to drag this out however the part person just didnt seem to concerned that the parts never came in and instead of tracking the package they just reordered parts. Now they dont even have a shipping status. I reduced my 5 star rating to 3 starts. I would give parts department 1 star. Ok I changed it to 4 stars because once Nick got involved he made the whole situation better in 15 minutes. This whole situation should have never happened. 1 Person is able to correct the problem, they just have to make an effort. Would be 5 if the parts person would do follow up on missing parts. Sales, Installer and maintenance personnel are 5 stars. I love my Spa but i been having a hard time turning the jets and air on. I went to the store today, they had me try the showroom model and after I said I think my control panel has an issue, they took care of it and ordered me a new one. with in 3-5 days once they get the control board they will call to install. I wasnt expecting that at all. So I had some troubles however each time the employees stepped up and fixed them. Next I had a problem with my pump. Don't want to make this a drawn out process however the Service Manager Thomas fixed it right away. While Thomas was out he notices my shell was delamination. He got the owner involved - Whitney who helped me navigate with Master Spas in getting my spa replaced. She believes in her product so strongly that she is paying for the shipping of the Tub from the manufacture to VA Beach and handling the swap. I have never seen customer service like this. Whitney also helped me navigate Master Spa phone tree to get the right people involved. She did everything she could then turned me loose on the company. After 8 phone calls and one Tweet they are going to replace my hot tub. I am very critical with my reviews and Innovative spas earned my 5 star rating. Bought mu soft tub from Dwight about two years ago now. I was hesitant about owning one. He told me to come back with a swim suit to test one. I loved it and have been a satisfied owner ever since. The entire staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect, but Dwight and Mike especially have helped answer all my questions and concerns.

Wonderfully helpful staff! We bought a Softub from them on Monday and it was delivered by Wednesday. Free delivery and installation. The deliverers even helped fix the uneven job I did with the pavers just to make everything level. Ken then stopped by as well to see how things were going and to give us a gift bag.
