I love it here! Cindy did my daughters first piercings and when we wanted her second ones, we knew we needed to go back. I dropped off a gold chain for repair. Everyone was very nice and accomodating. I was told it could take up to 2 weeks, and that was fine. I was notified that it was ready 4 days later. I picked it up and am very satisfied with the work and turn around time. I was very impressed by the staff and workmanship.

I brought a very special pendant to have the bevel saudered because it fell off the chain. I thought I would have to wait a few days which was reasonable. Cindy looked at the pendant and turned it over and read the inscription and said she would get it done as soon as she could. She knew I wanted it asap without even telling her. I received a call about 2 hours later telling me it was ready! The pendant is a picture of my son who passed away and the engraving on the back was the date of his passing 9-25-01. I have worn this for 24 years and am so happy to have it back! Thank you!
