I recently joined Terrain Fitness a couple of weeks ago after not doing CrossFit for about 6 years, and I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to get back into it. Rachel, the owner, is fantastic, and the rest of the coaches are just as great. From day one, everyone has been welcoming, friendly, and encouraging, which makes walking back into a gym after a long break feel way less intimidating.The workouts are really well structured — thoughtful warm-ups, solid strength portions, and challenging but fun metcons. What I appreciate most is that Rachel and the coaches pay attention. They acknowledge areas where you can improve your movement and form and give helpful cues without making you feel called out or uncomfortable.It’s clear they care about both progress and safety, and the overall vibe is supportive, motivating, and positive. I’m genuinely excited to keep showing up, improving, and being part of this community again. Highly recommend to anyone new to CrossFit or getting back into it after time away.
