From my first timid call at 8am in the morning to the final delivery a few hours later, this manager was extremely courteous and responsive. I really didn't know what to expect, but the finished job is outstanding. My 10 yr old Camry is like NEW, sparkling clean, from upholstery to mats to carpet, all the interior edges that were so grimy. The exterior is waxed and polished and the wheels/tires are unbelievably shiny. I am so pleased, Worth Every Penny. I'll definitely return more frequently from now on

Horrible experience. I called for an estimate they told me 170.i agreed set the appointment for 230. The guy tells me he’s running late and won’t get there until 330. Asks me to show him photos of my car I do. I had removed everything from my vehicle based off of 2 photos the price jumped to 300 and he tells me I need to make another appointment. Reluctantly I do. I set an appointment for 7pm. He calls at 630 I miss the call and callHim back 2 minutes later and get no response. We had already confirmed the 7pm appointment. 7pm he is a no show. 715 I ask him if he is on his way via text, no response. He texts me and tells me I am playing games and have a good night. It appears the customer is the guinea pig with this service. 0 stars horrible customer service.

I called for an estimate for a detail job and Christian was very clear on what he could do for what my budget was. I wasn’t expecting him to be able to do the job today-but he got me in! The car was an absolute mess, and he and his partner did a wonderful job getting it nice and clean. It is an older Jeep that has been neglected for years, so I wasn’t expecting a miracle. I am really pleased with the results and would strongly recommend the company. They were pleasant, and worked quickly and thoroughly.
