A week later we got a call saying the ring was done and ready to be picked up for $130. We never went to pick it up since we didn't have the money. A few weeks ago my husband finally went in to get it and it was TOO SMALL... they informed him they could order him a new one but that would cost another $130!! He set the ring back on the counter and said "call my wife and discuss that with her" and he walked out. A month later and they still haven't tried to contact me. I got a call a couple days later saying that it in fact would not be free and would cost me an extra $130 to have it done. I told them I would call back after discussing this with my husband. I called them back within 10 minutes, had to leave them a message and told them we did not want it resized seeing as we could not afford it. A week later we got a call saying the ring was done and ready to be picked up for $130. We never went to pick it up since we didn't have the money. A few weeks ago my husband finally went in to get it and it was TOO SMALL... they informed him they could order him a new one but that would cost another $130!! He set the ring back on the counter and said "call my wife and discuss that with her" and he walked out. A month later and they still haven't tried to contact me. I will never do business with this company again. They took an item that was supposed to be special for my husband and I and turned it in a way for their business to make as much money as they could. Great experience...very friendly and helpful, repaired my chain plus cleaned all my diamond and gold rings. Plus they had a wonderful greeter, a Golden Retriever puppy. Highly recommend them for any of your jewelry needs.

Very friendly and professional. I had to have rings cut off and resized they cut them off at no charge advised me to wait for my fingers to fill back and then come back to do the work. My Rings look brand new.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Best jewelry store, best customer service! I took my new wedding set in to have it sized down 3 sizes (which is hard to do) and have the band sautered together, not only was it done a week before I expected but it was absolutely perfect!
