A week later we got a call saying the ring was done and ready to be picked up for $130. We never went to pick it up since we didn't have the money. A few weeks ago my husband finally went in to get it and it was TOO SMALL... they informed him they could order him a new one but that would cost another $130!! He set the ring back on the counter and said "call my wife and discuss that with her" and he walked out. A month later and they still haven't tried to contact me. I will never do business with this company again. They took an item that was supposed to be special for my husband and I and turned it in a way for their business to make as much money as they could. I had my ring resized from a 9 to a 8 1/4.They let me try on rings to size my finger properly. Super friendly and professional.
