This is the absolute most amazing program ever! I was experiencing a lot of self-doubt as a new inside sales agent, but today was my first day in the training, and I can already notice a huge change in my life and my conversations with leads! The group class was an absolute blast, and I love the prospecting room where you get to role-play with some awesome mentors and leaders! I also love that we get to learn with other ISAs as well as field agents. It really gives us a perspective of each other together. I am going to be amazingly spectacular when I get to the point where I am ready to leave the training. Everyone is so welcoming and so understanding of when you have something on your mind that is getting in the way of making calls or making awesome things happen.
