El Colibri is an excellent speakeasy style cocktail lounge. The handcrafted cocktails are all well balance and delicious! Original creations that are truly outstanding. The atmosphere is kinda Jungle House, on dark side with some bangers (EDM) playing on the sound system. It’s not too loud to hold an easy conversation though. Service was prompt and friendly. It opens at 8pm if ya show up at 7:55 don’t panic the gate will probably still be closed. Someone will be along to open it on time. Highly recommend to anyone that enjoys craft drinks in a unique atmosphere. We will be back. Thanks Alex and Crew great job! Less
