I’ve been a client of Tracy’s for a few years now, starting while she was a PT at my health club. Finding a good PT who you trust and whose workouts you enjoy is a rarity so when she left the health club and started out ‘solo’, it was a no brainer for me to continue sessions with her. I would say that Tracy listens well, to understand my specific needs and adjusts my program accordingly. As age increases so the little niggles of joint aches and pains are tackled alongside general core strengthening and flexibility to leave me in a much better place each visit. One other thing - she is a great listener and has provided much needed mental support during some difficult moments over the last couple of years. A rare gift. Less

I initially worked with Tracy post knee surgery. The program she provided helped me to strengthen all the muscles around my knee and dramatically improved my balance. I initially worked with Tracy post knee surgery. The program she provided helped me to strengthen all the muscles around my knee and dramatically improved my balance. Then I progressed to a 12 week program for weight loss. I had a real mindset shift during this program. My weight loss on the scale was slow but the change in shape and clothes size was really noticeable - 2 jeans sizes down in 12 weeks! I tracked calories but my targets were never so low that I felt deprived. I increased my general activity levels and got back to the gym. Tracy kept me accountable with weekly check ins and was really encouraging when I thought progress was slow. That program ended before Christmas. I stopped counting calories after that program and relaxed my dieting a bit. At the end of January, I haven’t gained back the weight lost and I’m still fitting into my smaller jeans which feels great. I can highly recommend Tracy both for injury rehab and weight loss training programs. Less

I worked with Tracy on her knee rehab 6 wk course. All well explained and easy to follow online. Tracy was in contact regularly to see how I was doing. And now 4 mths later still no pain from my knees. 👏 Very good programme and thoroughly recommend.

I first met Nicola during lockdown when we did the zoom workout sessions, however more recently I had a very specific goal in mind, requiring me to be the very best I could be, being a rider and balancing working life and family around the horse typically means the horse has everything and I “get by” resulting in stiff aching joints and bones. I linked up with Nicola last Aug initially for a coup... More

I linked up with Nicola last Aug initially for a couple of 1:1 sessions with homework, Nicola deserves a medal for her patience, perseverance, encouragement and commitment, even in sessions where I got really frustrated when my body / brain wouldn’t do whatever I wanted it to do. Tracy helped me with some achilles issues, I thought I was gonna be off running for a month, she identified the problem quickly and got me back going again in a week! She's super knowledgeable!

I thought that I was looking forward to the rest of my life in pain, with decreasing movement. With the help of Tracy I am now well on the road to full recovery, by back pain has completely gone (other than when I over do the gardening, which is something I fault I would never be cable of doing) I am now back playing golf, and going to the gym. Tracy has given this 61 year old a new lease of life. Tracy is highly professional and very easy to work with, the simple but very effective programs she puts together are incredibly and work. I have been meaning to contact you to tell you that 2 or 3 weeks ago we had some lovely snow and I did 4 sessions of Nordic cross county skiing and 3 mornings of downhill , and I was so pleased with how my knees have not struggled or suffered at all with it. I also found that the downhill skiing took nothing like the effort that it did last year, and I had no muscle aches or pains after. So thank... More
