He texted me when he was on his way, was within the schedule time, very friendly and professional, and very reassuring that he would get rid of my problem. One should not be required to leave a positive public review in order for quality employees to be compensated appropriately. I would be happy to call in and let the mgmt know a person did well, but this method generates a false presentation of ratings since most people don't want to deny someone a "bonus" for doing a good job. If a company truly is great, the reviews would naturally follow and you wouldn't have to guilt your customers with the compensation of your employees to produce good reviews. I would like to hear from an employee to see if they actually receive a bonus. In effect, I do not know if the service is good, but I do know the 5 star reviews here likely mean nothing. Less
