THEY ARE HORRIBLE! I paid over $1,200 for termite treatment. Within a year of their termite treatment, I noticed a bump under the carpet in one room. I thought it was coming from moisture under the house. The bump started multiplying. The very day it dawned on me that it could be termites, I found termites swarming in my kitchen after work. I called and left messages many times and never got a single call back. That was less than two years after treatment. YOU WOULD BE CRAZY TO USE THEM!

I was with a larger company but not unhappy with their service. I was looking for something local and a little cheaper. I found all this and more with BugBros. As soon as I completed the online form to get a quote I was pleased with the service. I was contacted right away and the person I spoke with was very kind and answered all my questions. He worked up a quote that provided me with greater service at a better price! Their communication is outstanding as well. I had my first treatment applied today and while I don't personally get super excited over pest control, I can easily say that I'm crazy happy! 😂
