AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! please save yourself the headache of dealing with them. I have never wrote a bad review but this one is well deserved! They should be ashamed of themselves. Our experience with them was horrible! I am extremely frustrated with Party Bus Lounge and MICHAEL, yes Im calling you out! For emotional distress and lack of integrity. I got my quote, paid my deposit of $271. We were sponsoring the bus for a Quinceanera, so we booked from 11am to take her to church at 12pm, and drop her off at the venue at 7pm. so obviously I contacted to make sure our booking was confirmed, paid off the remaining balance. Total of $1411 with a $54 credit card fee. The day of the quince, at 11:14 am I get the call from Michael stating the driver had been involved in a car accident. MIND you, the driver was supposed to be there at 11am, but he calls me 14 mins after. I understand things happen, and some are inevitable, its very unfortunate that happened but I am still a paying customer, who is in need of the service. He said he didn't have a driver for me and I said this was completely unacceptable, he began to raise his voice at me and proceeded to say if you think it's unacceptable then I'll issue you a refund. I said no, i'm not asking for a refund, I need the party bus, I have people waiting. He said he would try to look for another driver, but that they will not be able to make it to the church on time, if anything little after 12. So us trying to be reasonable, we asked ok can you at least make sure the bus heads straight to the church? My husband and I missed the church service because we had to transport the kids from her house to the church. We were able to get a driver, however they didn't have any of the information or location addresses of where she was supposed to go. They failed to relay that information, which added to the delay. At 11:55 text from Michael, "Confirmed, driver almost there." My husband decided to stay onsite after transporting the kids and family members until he physically saw the bus. Church ended at 1:14pm, Im asking for an ETA on the driver. My husband confirmed even after speaking to the driver that he showed up at exactly 1:15pm. We paid for a total of 8 hours, to which we were only granted 6, because we didn't have a driver from 11am-1p.m. I reached out to Michael, kindly requesting to have a reimbursement of those 2 hrs that they did not provide us with the service. I was told my request is extremely valid, and he would put in a request.Im not asking for a full refund, simply asking him to do what's right, refund on those 2 hrs. It's fair to say we shouldn't be charged for a service we did not receive. the 15th was on Dec 28th,2024. Today is Jan 7th, 2025, still have yet to hear from them. Less
