If you are looking for some excellent Bloody Marys (make your own Bloody Mary bar on Sundays 1-4) and fresh made craft cocktails, head to Rich & Savvy in Clarkesville. In addition to enjoying a Bloody Mary, I took Rich, the owner, up on his suggestion for a gin cocktail w/ cucumber, ginger and freshly squeezed lime juice. Refreshing and perfectly balanced; he knows his stuff! Note: this is a cigar bar, but I wanted to check it out despite my asthma. There is an outdoor seating area and Rich the owner consistently came out to personally check on us. He even surprised us with an excellent charcuterie board! It has been a long time since I found a business so welcoming. The owner/operator heads the bar, and does a phenomenal job behind it or in front of it.
