CEO / Owner EPIC FAIL April 10th would have been my one year anniversary with this company. I was a Patient Care Coordinator first in Coppell and most recently in Frisco. Surprisingly, we were all told today, payday, that there was no money available to pay us, and we are now CLOSED INDEFINITELY. There were a lot of people at this company that worked their butts off every day to help patients get better. It's such a shame. Most employees now have no idea how they are supposed to pay their bills. We were counting on receiving our paychecks yesterday. BEWARE - The CEO / Owner didn't skip a beat. He's now doing business as Neuropathy Relief Care!

I worked here for a little over a year. Yesterday I was getting ready to go into work when I was told that there was no work to go to and no one is getting paid for the past 3 weeks. I can’t even put into words how devastated I am. I loved my job, I loved the clients and my coworkers, and I genuinely looked forward to going into work every day. Now not only is all of that gone, but I don’t even get paid for the work I did these past couple of weeks? The only person who knew what was happening as far as I know is the owner/CEO Loyd Hale. He just ruined so many lives and still never even had the courage to send out a message, e-mail, or make a post on the company website. Everyone just heard through the grapevine what was happening. I’m still in shock and disgust.

I think this is a good concept and I really enjoyed the massages, however I had to cancel my plan for other reason. The reason why I"m giving 2 stars is because no one has contacted me regarding my credit in my account that is supposed to be refunded back to me. I've been calling every day for 2 weeks and every time I call they promise that Briana will get back with me but I have not heard from anyone. This was escalated to Joel the manager, but still no calls. So, beware if you give them your money because getting it back it's like pulling teeth :-(

This place is changing my life and I've only been coming a couple weeks! CJ is so knowledgeable in my specific problems due to Powerlifting and Andrea will put the hurt on you but afterwards and for the week following my pain has been cut in half or more. I'm beyond grateful for these people and this place.If you are suffering from back pain do yourself a favor and check them out!
