This was honestly the best retail experience I’ve had since moving to Chattanooga. Everyone at Nooga Mattress was super friendly and easy to talk to, and the whole store has a really calm and welcoming feel. No pressure at all. Just helpful, knowledgeable people who seem to really care about what they’re doing.They made the financing process really simple, and the mattress I ordered came in pretty quickly. What really stood out was the delivery. In the past I’ve had to wait weeks and then deal with a rushed or careless delivery team. But these guys were right on time, very polite, and got everything set up smoothly.Start to finish it was just a great experience. I’d definitely recommend them.
