Just had one of their drivers almost kill me with reckless driving. I was at the stop light at Hearthstone and Linden Ave across the street from Hasty Tasty Pancake House when the light turned green and I started into the intersection when at the last second I saw a big flat bed tow truck speeding at me and not slowing down for the red light. I slammed on my brakes and the truck missed my front end by less than a foot. They didn't even slow down and just kept going. That's when I saw the 'Hollis' logo on the back of the cab and noticed the color and that there was no car on the flatbed. They were doing probably 50mph in a 35mph zone.I pulled into the gas station and calmed down since I was shook up. This was approximately 9am on 9/1/2025 (this morning) and I tried calling their number repeatedly with no answer. They're supposed to be 24 hours, but it's a holiday. But NO VOICEMAIL EITHER.So they have a driver that:- speeds well over the speed limit in a residential area- runs red lights without even slowing- almost hits a car without slowing down or paying attention to their surroundingsFollowed by a phone system that's supposed to be 24 hours, but never gets answeredAND never goes to voicemailIf I'd had my dashcam on so I had the license plate, I'd have called the cops for reckless op.

Thank you! Ryan H-44 was super helpful, honest, professional and efficient. I was stranded in my VQ37 Q50s due to a tuning issue it has BC coil overs(decently lowered vehicle) and a good amount of other aftermarket parts. Ryan took careful consideration of my vehicle treated it as if it was his own. I was pretty worried about catching or scrapping something underneath especially the the ARK Grip exhaust system but with a couple inches to spare safe and sound without a scratch. Ryan was also able to back his rig into a crazy narrow driveway even helped me push it back into my garage this man deserves a raise😉!

They have the best customer service, quality trucks, and they are the only tow company I’ve ever had show up on time, every time and on occasion, even early. They’ve hauled my daily drivers and several vintage/speciality cars and done so with great care for the protection of each car.
