They did a great job of get the car out of the yard and towing to my house . We donated my husbands truck which was picked up today. Robin called approximately 40 minutes before we expected 😊 and was here in 10 minutes. They deserve more than 5 stars with my breakdown 120 miles from home. I initially was told it would be 90 to 120mins before a truck would be available, but it was less than an hour when my truck was on the bed of the tow truck and headed home. I reached out to Hollis Towing to assist with towing my son-in-law car to Grismer Tire on Woodman. I was a little skeptical at first because they did not have a phone number to call and that you had to submit a request via email and someone would get back with you. Previous experiences with other companies was a nightmare, but this time it was amazing. I received a call back with 20-30 minutes and I explained the issue to the gentleman and he was able to take care of me over the phone and stated that he would send someone out first thing in the morning and if they had any issues that they would contact me directly. The next morning they were there to pick up the car on time and dropped it off at Grismer without any issues. The tow seemed a little pricey just coming from their location to the location of the car was 6 minutes, but things may have changed since the last time I had a car towed over 20 years ago...lol, but the customer service was amazing, simply amazing. The tow driver (Vern) was extremely knowledgeable and handled my vehicle with kid gloves. The vehicle was locked and unable to be put in neutral. It was a busy tow day because they coukd not come to pick up the car for two hours. I was able to leave the key fob with the car, and get a ride home. The driver accidentally left the interior light on all night but the tire change place was able to start and fix the tire.

I had my truck sitting in my side yard with the door locked for more than a month. We had the key, but the key wasn't working. I honestly didn't know what to do except maybe try to get the lock replaced. So I called Roy's Locksmith, and she told me to try Hollis Towing. I was kinda scared about what they would charge . Some towing Companies can be really expensive but I needed the door open so I called Hollis. It was great....Hollis was great...they understood my problem and let me take care of getting the door opened without being right there. I have a 92 year dementia parent in the house and it just is not easy to go out my door without causing her distress.....
