STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM AND PRICE GOUGING!This place is running a complete scam and taking advantage of people. In their own office, they have a sign clearly stating the official towing rates (as shown in my photo ⁠image.png⁠). Even for the heaviest vehicles over 26,001 lbs, the posted official price is $410.00 for a tow.However, on my invoice (shown in ⁠image_2.png⁠), they completely fabricated the numbers and charged me a whopping $2,550.00 just for the towing fee! That is over $2,100 MORE than the legally posted rates on their own wall. This is illegal price gouging, dishonest business, and highway robbery.I will be reporting this company to the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and local authorities immediately. Do not trust them, look at the pictures yourself, and check every single dollar they try to charge you! Absolute thieves.

Guy on the phone has a terrible cough had to respell my address 3 times, took me 15 minutes to schedule a tow to be told it’s $135 for a mile because gas prices went up. I don’t think that’s right.
