I was skeptical of everything at first, but within the first session with Luis he found things of my past that really affected how I worked and operated. Things that made me go hmmm. Then I went to boot camp and I was addicted. I found out more about me than I imagined. Then I took on extreme and ended up graduating LP-36. The experience is literally life changing. Being able of letting go of the past traumas, working from a better place, but most importantly being a better person and man for my family. It’s an experience I would say you need to go through to understand. Reading a review may help but if you want to know who you really are deep inside then take the first step. You’ll find that you’ve been operating life without a manual up until now.

Compass LP-36 was more than just a leadership program for me. These last 6 months challenged me, pushed me outside my comfort zone, and made me really take a look at myself.My biggest takeaway is that real growth starts with accountability and being willing to actually do the work. I learned to be more intentional with my words, my actions, and how I show up every day, not only for myself but for the people around me.I came into this program wanting to grow, but I’m leaving with a different mindset, stronger relationships, and a team that became family.
