Someone from this company posted a fake review under our business name, that we just found and has apparently been up for 3 years, so to clear up any confusion…Working with this company was a challenge for our business, and there was no return on investment. At a time our business was undergoing a lot of organizational changes and weathering post-pandemic challenges, there were numerous investments made that led to nowhere.Prior to hiring, there were deep discussions about the challenges with cold traffic previous marketers faced when working with a business like ours, in our specific market. After multiple team turnovers, re-working strategy, and so many meetings, we expressed that the company could no longer financially bear the weight of their services when the ROI was not superseding the cost of services.We had no more patience in our budget, and our team was extremely irritated with the lack of organization and lost faith in the relationship.Still, they made excuses and promises to improve, ultimately lowering the monthly fees which was still outrageous for no production.While attempting to politely and respectfully step away, we quickly realized volatility and a lack of stability in the company’s leadership, as they reached out directly to our employees making false accusations and crude statements about leadership while we were still a client. They also participated in gossip and other odd and unethical behaviors across multiple organizations in our industry.We eventually had to find a solution that would allow us to covertly make a change, knowing that the work that had been done would be dismantled.As soon as any indication was had that we were finally leaving, they deactivated our phone number and did everything possible to sabotage our business online. Thankfully, we had already downloaded our client list prior to taking any action, as they removed access to our data BEFORE we sent communication that we were terminating.During the earlier stages of the relationship, I also discovered that they were quoting other businesses lower prices for the same services. We had been charged “premium” prices, exclusive to our company.They also charged us $7000 for a website that they never produced.After over $34,000 in lost investment, I would hasten anyone from doing business with this company.The fact that they took their access to our company’s resources and wrote themselves a fake 5-star review should say enough.
