This is a fantastic gym the instructors accommodate for levels of ability and fitness. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. Variety of the classes is the best even though cardio is usually part of the session.

The only regret is that I should have signed up sooner - I always thought I wasn’t fit enough to do CrossFit but boy was I wrong, signed up in the worst shape and state of my life and am so glad I did! I’ve been to a few gyms both with trainers and the 24/7 ones. I have been going to CrossFit505 now for over a year love the commitment of the trainers and the community spirit they have. Can't rate Crossfit 505 highly enough! Well into my 40's and having not committed to any exercise programs or gyms for longer than two months at a time over the last 20 years, I thought I would give it one more go when I saw Crossfit 505 advertised on Facebook. Well, that was 20months ago and I'm still obsessed! The variety of workouts and the ability to scale any of the exercises to your own abilities (which when I started was miminal ability and coordination!), makes you never want to miss a day. I average 4-5 days a week now. At the gym! I know right- me!! The coaches are just so knowledgeable, encouraging and welcoming. Helping you build your confidence and strength to smash your goals. The other gym members are so friendly and it's really like no other gym or exercise class I've ever been to. Over the last 20 months, thanks to Crossfit 505, my mindset, my health and my wellbeing has completely turned around. Even the mornings that are hard to drag myself out of bed, I 'just do it' now because I know once I walk back out of the gym, I'll be leaving with a spring in my step and a smile on my face. I have been to many gyms before, as I was abit unsure about the crossfit world. However, I don't think I'll ever go back, you can just turn up and do the session. You don't have to think about what to do, aswell as the team at crossfit505 are just lovely and friendly from the get go.
