Absolutely recommend. Since starting in Jan, my mood is so much better, my clothes are looser and my gut is not so bloated! Coaches are great and motivational. This is the most consistent I've been in any workout program!
I'm so grateful to have found such an encouraging and inspiring community to help me reach my fitness goals. Since I walked into Be Fit I have felt so welcome. The coaches keep me motivated all while having fun! Highly recommend Be Fit!

But he and his staff did not judge me. I told him to let me work on coming down some more and then I will be back. Oct 2022, I came back 50 lbs lighter and was ready. Again, he allowed me to test the program for a week no charge and I was elated when I was able to complete the entire boot camp class. I soon joined for personal training and have been going strong since the beginning of Oct. I love this place. I feel like they really do care and are ready to assist in any way they can. I have been going here just about 1yr! I am 52 and finally feel that I have found the exercise program that I have always wanted! I have muscles that I never knew I had! Leon, Megan,Kim,Julie and Casie are so motivating and fun! Always there to help with my form or encouragement! I strive for 6 classes a week and I look forward to it ! All over I have much more energy than I did before!
This is the best workout place!!! Everything about it is great. They show you exactly what to do and are there to assist if needed. It’s always a different workout so you don’t get bored.
I love this place! Every trainer is highly trained, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. This applies to the workouts and nutrition. The classes are always challenging and different. If you are new to working out the trainers are right there to guide you, and help you make any modifications you may need. I always look forward to working out at Be Fit South Shore. 👍🏼💪🏼👍🏼

Everyone is amazing…the coaches are always right there to assist you in all aspects of your health and fitness! The atmosphere is very welcoming and ALL exercises can be modified to EVERY individual’s ability, which I absolutely love!!!
The energy the coaches bring makes you want to keep coming back. They explain everything modify if you need it and challenge you when they know you can do more. Everyone from coaches to clients are friendly and encouraging . I left and came back and it was the best decision I have made!

South Shore got body is the greatest gym around. I love the boot camps. They are challenging, fun and different every time. Best of all are the people!! I have been going to SSFBBC since May 2018. The workouts are challenging and they keep to the schedule so I have a great 30 minute workout that helps me meet my activity goals. And there are structured challenges, if you choose to participate, will educate you and keep you accountable with a great support system of coaches and members.
FBBC is one of the most motivating and encouraging workouts I have ever come across. All the coaches are so willing to work with you and know how to push you in just the right way! I love going to workout!
I can’t recommend FBBC enough! I struggle to motivate myself to work hard at the gym. FBBC work outs are challenging, creative, and fun. The support you receive from the staff and fellow members is unparalleled. I haven’t been this motivated to exercise in a long time.

At South shore fit body Boot Camp I have found my place that I have been looking for and live it.They have work outs and meal plans for everybody. And the thing that impressed me the most is that they care and there is accountability, you don’t just get a book of meals and they say here you are go make them. They help you adjust them to fit you. They work with you every week to accomplish your goals. And stick with you when you accomplish them no matter how long it may take. The camaraderie is amazing and I love my Fitfam. This is the best gym I have belonged to. The coaching staff is extremely helpful to your personal goals and very approachable. I am so happy I was told about SSfBBC over a year ago by one of my friends. I finally found a place that I feel comfortable working out at. The workouts are always different and I don’t get bored like every other gym I have been a member at. I love my fit family ❤️

I really enjoy this gym. All of the coaches are amazing and extremely supportive!! The 30 session is highly effective and I love the results!! I just completed my first 6 week challenge and I loved it! The information they give you and support I received throughout the program was key in my success!! Can’t wait to try another one!!

My Daughter and I LOVE the work outs and all the coaches. They design our work outs so we never get board and although it can be a challenge we always leave feeling energized.

SSFBBC has not only changed my body but also my confidence. I started very shy to try new things on my own, now it's become apart of me. I love the team moral, you are never alone at the gym there is someone always there cheering you on. Leon has done a tremendous job creating a happy, safe and fun gym experience.

I can't say anything but good things work hard for 30 minutes and get results and to top it off they got me eating better and really reading labels and getting away from processed and starchy foods. I feel better and after 3 weeks fit better in my clothes. I enjoy the 5am classes they give me a great start to my day. Cam is fantastic �

SSFBBC has been a great experience. Trainers are realistic, supportive, knowledgeable and kind. Other boot campers are great support and no judgement zone. Good for any level. I have lost 33 pounds in about 4 months.
I've been going for 5 weeks now and I feel great. The program really works well. Leon and the Staff know what they're doing. They help you do the workout at your pace while pushing you to improve all at the same time. I'm hooked !
