This is the worst dental clinic I’ve ever been to. Doctor Jeff Li only examined my teeth for 5 mins and then charged me for $200!!!! Also, it is very difficult to book an appointment with him. He is always not in the clinic and I have been waiting for two month to see him. Very irresponsible, costly and poor experience EVER!!!!!!! I would give 0/5 for this clinic.

I have been coming to Dr. Schwartz for almost 30 years now. In my dental history, I've had some deep and painful trauma and switched dentists, periodontists and hygienists as a result. However, my experiences with Dr. Schwartz, who always remains calm, and with the very best hygienist, Lisa, these experiences have enabled me to let go of my anxiety and relax. Dr. Schwartz has listened well to my questions and offers the best advice for additional care. In addition to dental care anxiety, I have a fracture of my spine that means I cannot sit in a dental chair for very long before it becomes too painful. I've also had vertigo from an inner ear condition. When I come for my semi-annual periodontal cleaning, Lisa takes my issues into account and not only makes me comfortable but does an excellent job in the time I can handle. My teeth are sensitive to cold water, so Lisa is able to thoroughly clean them with her dental tools alone instead of the sonic ones. With her I also find that I don't need the lidocaine beforehand, which had been the case before and especially for checking the depth of pockets. With her lessons for after care, my gums have been great for many years and will continue to be! This new, bright and clean office, with its welcoming receptionists, is almost an hour's drive from where I live. However, I wouldn't go anywhere else for the exceptional care I receive here. Less

My problem was completely fixed after the procedure and the end result was very natural - no one could tell that I had resin added to my teeth because both the colour and the shape matched perfectly with my other teeth!
