I never make reviews but I am severely upset, i have been wearing extensions for years and as Model working in the entertainment industry looking the best is key for my line of work, I have tried extension brands all over the world have been wearing hair extensions for 19 years, I paid over 8000 dollars only 1 month ago for what I was told was virgin level 9 hair I work with hair stylists and make up artists who have been styling my hair for years who have commented that this is not good hair even with texture spray and hair spray and holding spray the hair does not hold any curl, mermaid wave or even a professional blo dry, I don’t do my hair myself only in the hair salon and since my hair fitting and blo drys I have had since the hair drops straight away, the hairstylist who has been styling me for shoots for years said this is not good hair atall and that she had never see. Hair not hold a curl This way I have attached pictures this is after her styling my entire hair and the mermaid wave is gone doesn’t hold anything, my next stage will be contacting my bank, I have only had the hair in less Than a month and I will have to have removed it’s terrible all the hairstylists who have styled my hair have said the same thing no matter what product they use doesn’t hold any type of blo dry or style and that it cannot be the virgin hair as claimed, i am severely upset to Have paid over £8000 dollars for full colour correction and hair thay I was promised was virgin hair it’s horrendous and im deeply upset with the quality, and lack of accountability I sent pictures via email and Instagram to just be told that I should use texture spray and that human hair is undamaged so doesn’t Hold a style the same which is absoloute rubbish my hairstylists on photoshoot’s have worked with every type of hair and they assured me this hair is horrendous and that I need refund, I would like to come to resolution with Dee and ldl because the next stage will be the bank, I’m very upset and feel scammed the amount I have paid to have hair that cannot hold any type of blo dry curl or even straight look pictures atttatched my hair straight after full styling hair drops instantly Less
