I had such an amazing experience at LDL. After going through an accident and the stress and medications that followed, I experienced significant hair loss, which really knocked my confidence.From the moment I walked in, the team were so kind, understanding, and genuinely caring. They really took the time to listen and made me feel completely comfortable.The result has honestly made such a difference — I feel so much happier and more like myself again. I can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend to anyone.

I had such an amazing experience with IDL International from start to finish. From the very first consultation, I felt so looked after – everything was explained clearly and I really felt listened to when talking through what I wanted.When it came to my appointment, the whole experience was just as incredible. Every single one of the ladies is so talented, professional, and genuinely lovely. You can truly feel that they’re like a little family, and they make you feel so welcomed and comfortable the moment you walk in.I walked out absolutely loving my hair and already looking forward to my next visit. Honestly a rating of 5/5 doesn’t do this salon justice!!!! There is no other extension salon in Melbourne that will show you the sincere care and expertise that Dee and her girls consistently provide. Dee was absolutely beyond committed to me achieving my dream look and did everything required to source the perfect virgin hair uniquely for me. I couldn’t recommend LDL enough!! YOU are in the best hands!! ♥️♥️

I’ve never left a review like this so I hope it doesn’t come across cheesy.On the weekend I went in for a full set of virgin hair extensions and a colour correction with Cassie……it was the best hair experience I think I have ever had. Not only did Cassie absolutely nail what I was after, she knew what I wanted a little more than I even did. The colour is perfect, the extensions blend in so well and they make sure you know that they would not let you walk out of there without absolutely loving your hair. If I wanted a different tone or cut or anything, they would have stayed to make sure I was 100% happy. Not that there was ever a time throughout the process I wasn't happy, but it’s just the level of service they provide. On top of amazing results with very skilled hairdressers, you walk in there and you can just tell every single person who works there enjoys being there. It feels like the most friendly, cohesive, supportive environment and every staff member supports one another. I was there for quite a while on Saturday because I had a full colour correction and hair extensions but it felt like it went by so quick. It’s like you’re sitting in a very professional, friendly, relaxed home with old friends…..and this was my first ever visit! You can tell Dee has built a wonderful business with exceptionally skilled women who support other women. Whilst LDL might be a bit of a drive from Melbourne. It is worth every minute of the drive, every drop of fuel, every moment of your time. I cannot recommend LDL any more.

LDL international has been my saviour.My hair was at its worst, I couldn’t make it look decent enough to feel comfortable even leaving the house. So I did a google search for best hair extensions Melbourne.Of course LDL came up, along with some others. I did some research into all.I decided to book a phone consultation with LDL, as they had virgin hair which is real human hair that has never been dyed or treated in any way. This caught my interest. I didn’t want hair that looked fake in any way whatsoever.Dee called me and talked me through absolutely everything, from the hair, the process, and anything I wanted to know.Of course myself never having had extensions before, I was nervous.This was honestly the best decision I ever made!From the minute I got there I felt welcomed and comfortable. Dee and all the girls are lovely and do amazing work.My hair, my only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner! I have nicer hair than I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve had nothing but positive comments. Every person that knows me, say they can’t even tell I have extensions.People that don’t know me think it’s my natural hair. So many tell me I have beautiful hair…not knowing at all it’s not all mine.I’ve had my hair for many months now and it still looks as good as the day I got it. It doesn’t even feel like I have extensions, it just feels like it’s mine. I wash and wear as if it is my own. I could never go without them now.I can’t recommend LDL International highly enough. The hair is just that, real hair not coated in anything or dyed to make it look pretty. Just natural real soft beautiful hair.If you want hair that looks and feels like you don’t have extensions that’s going to last as long as you want them. Then give them a call, I know you won’t regret it. I’ve even been told many times how much younger I look..and who doesn’t want that!Thank you Dee and all you wonderful girls!
