Incredible service, even better quality. Five stars!I reached out to LDL to make a set of custom hair extensions. In Canada, it’s nearly impossible to find anyone who uses the same quality of hair, and who has the same degree of customization.Everything about the experience from start to finish was exceptional. Dee went through all aspects of the process during the consultation call, we arranged a second call to choose the hair that would be used for my hair extensions, and also received photos throughout the process. She also is happy to talk to your hairdresser to ensure placement and installation go smoothly.I was a bit nervous about the colour matching, given the fact that we were working through video/photos, but it was SPOT ON. Texture SPOT ON. The quality is incredible.They were also able to accommodate a very tight timeline, while offering the best levels of service. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and that translates directly to the product.If you’re international and looking for great extensions, you’re in the best of hands. 🙌 Less
