Just started here a few weeks back, I typically would workout at home but found myself lacking in my workouts which is easy to do alone. Showed up to Kinect Fitness with the hope of being pushed and I have not been let down! Jen helped me complete my assessments(which are brutal in their own right) and been going to morning class, which the group has been great, good humor, not overly serious and everyone pushes hard to complete the workout. Glad I found this place! If you’re hesitant, don’t be, give it a try, you won’t regret it!

I love Kinect Fitness. Working out with the group in the afternoon is the highlight of my day. Chris and the other trainers are so knowledgable and they are there to make your workout better. Whether you are super competitive and at the top of your game or you are just a beginner there is a level for you. Everything is designed for your own skill level.

The greatest thing about this place is it understands that everyone walks in the front door with a different level of strength and fitness. It is based upon this understanding that defines how Kinect operates. As a newbie or someone who has not worked out in a long time or a physical specimen, you are evaluated through a group of exercises. Based upon your level, you are assigned a designation that lets you know your daily workout routine. The daily workout is similar for all levels of fitness but your designation makes the workout fitting for you. With this all inclusiveness, the gym becomes a group of people who enjoy each other's company. While the workouts are serious, there is a lot of laughing and smiling that goes on in this place. If you want a gym in which you are respected, you have fun and you see results....this is the place.

We have been going to Kinect fitness since four years now. It‘s a great community where every level of fitness is welcome. The coaches are well trained and very assisting. It’s very clean and has a kids area to offer. I can only recommend it.

I had never done CrossFit before but had done high school and college sports. I was skeptical but wow, I love the team atmosphere and my new family! Group fitness helps holds me accountable, even on the days I don’t want to go, my friends help encourage me to go and put in the work. The programming assures you that there is an appropriate level workout for you so don’t feel pressured to do more than you are capable or comfortable doing. The coaches have been supportive of my prior injury limitations and help me adjust the workouts. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or have been doing CF for years, there’s a place for you here too.

Absolutely love Kinect! I started for the workout style, but stay for the community. I never would have imagined the impact the community has on your consistency. A great group of people, well ran gym, and everyone is so supportive of each other. Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a gym home.

Love the gym community! Group fitness hold me accountable as I get to work out with friends daily. Good programming assures that you will be safely challenged and there is an appropriate workout for you - so it doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a well trained athlete. I started my membership with Kinect fitness in the spring of this year (2022). We ended up moving and I cancelled my membership through the criteria laid out in our contract. Even through following instructions and contacting the gym we have been continuously charged 2 months after the fact. There has been no apology, solution to the problem, or communication indicating they will adhere to their own policy. 3/10 recommend this gym.

Love coming here! Tessa, Chris and Mary are great coaches, very motivating, organized, and professional. Definitely recommend for anyone needing to challenge themselves or to have great team camaraderie!
