First let me start with the positive… Naomi! Naomi was very kind, gentle, Informative, and highly skilled. I appreciated her kindness and patience after having to overhear who I can assume was the owner or manager talking shit about me as a first time patient. It’s unfortunate that here skills are undermined by such an unwelcoming experience from the owner/manager.
I recently moved to Greensboro and have been looking for a practice for anti-aging and Botox. After reading the 5star reviews it was a no brainer for me to schedule here(Let me preface by saying I did have a unique situation with gift cards that influenced this entire experience)
I was able to get a same day appt and was so excited to be able to get my Botox again. Before going back to see the injector I informed the front desk that I had four different $50 reward certificates from Aspire (all valid, all in my own name, all under different email addresses that had been acquired over the years). I asked the lady at the front if I would be able to use all of them in the same visit, to which she said she would ask. I overheard the convo which went along the lines of (and hastily) “Hell no, we can’t use four. Let her use one”…. Murmurs…. “let her get her services in and “dueces””… followed by giggling and an “oh, shhhhh be quiet” from the front desk lady to the owner. I felt completely disrespected since (1) I simply ASKED if I could use multiple… I didn’t demand or argue, there was no convo, just assumptions on her end and (2)THATs how you talk about potential/current clients? A typical Karen, I guess.
FYI, I called Aspire and confirmed that I indeed could have used all four of the rewards with no issues or questions asked. But dont worry, I will NOT be back .
