I had the best experience with a realtor Estela Gutierrez from Managua!!! The first and best reliabel realtor in whole Nicaragua! I could tell you stories what we experienced with other realtors but I think I have to write a book about this... Please if you want to have a professional and always good mood and the important thing reable realtor choose Mrs. ESTELA GUTIERREZ, when we moved from Germany to Nicaragua she was the only one who find a house, listen to my wishes and understand them, and I am not easy to be satisfied but this woman made it!!!!
