I hired Quality Home Images to produce floorplan images for a property I am purchasing. Booking the appointment, and making payment, was quick and easy via their self-service calendar app. Also, the turnaround was super quick! I had the floorplans less than 24 hours later and they were accurate. The only issue I had with the service was the photographer arrived 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time and wrapped up before the scheduled appointment time so I didn't realize they had been there (the home owner I am buying from had let the photographer in and the home inspector and I arrived on time and therefore didn't know the photographer had arrived, worked, and gone all within less than 15 minutes). About 20 minutes after the actual appointment time I emailed QHI to find out when the photographer would arrive and learned then that they had come and gone. Arriving early is great but they should consider an automated text or email to alert when an appointment begins or ends to account for this sort of situation, especially since they work so quickly and may start earlier than scheduled. Overall, great service. I recommend them and would hire them again! Less

I absolutely Love the ease of scheduling the photo shoots. The photographer is always on time and very courteous.

They have a HORRIBLE business practice of selling the same photo package to competing agents within the same MLS. When called to ask if they did sell the pictures that I spent hours of my day facilitating, they LIED and said it was a new shoot. I recognized my $550 investment though.
