Brian Michael is a genius chef!! I've never tasted anything so amazing in my entire life! Crab cake to die for! Filet so tender it practically melted in my mouth! Gnocchi that blended flavors seamlessly with the tomato sauce. The dessert, Tierra misou, had the perfect magic of lightness alongside the richness of the cream! Brian helped us surprise our lifelong friends with an anniversary celebration they won't soon forget! We had the pleasure of working with Chef Brian Michael for our recent event and couldn’t be happier! He has a fantastic personality, is easy to work with, and is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The food was absolutely delicious, and he even shared a really cool story about his tiramisu — which was, by the way, the best I’ve ever had! Chef Brian, and his amazing team, prepared us not only a divine meal, but an amazing experience as well! Chef Brian tailored his menu to fit my vegetarian needs, and the avocado hut and dishes were as tasty as they were beautiful. I would recommend Chef Brian to all. The meal was creatively made with local, well sourced ingredients, and Brian and his team made the meal entertaining and a night to remember!
