Brian did a great job helping us celebrate my moms 70th birthday. The food was wonderful and the table setting was perfect. We got a vacation house with less than desirable dishware so it was really a benefit that he brought all his own stuff and made it a really high quality experience. He also left the kitchen cleaner than he found it! Would definitely recommend for someone willing to spend a little more for a truly unique experience.

I reached out to Chef Brian to set up a surprise anniversary dinner as a gift for my wife. He got back to me right away after I inquired via his website and we were able to immediately brainstorm some great ideas--both for the dinner itself and for how to make the presentation and space a delightful surprise. Chef Brian was responsive and flexible throughout the planning process, and was able to adapt the menu to whatever changes needed to be made.The actual dinner was nothing short of fantastic. Chef Brian and his wife arrived right on time and got down to business tranforming our kitchen and dining room into a cozy, welcoming space rivaling any fancy restaurant. The look on my wife's face when she sat down at our own dinner table and was presented with the printed menu was priceless.And the food! Five courses, all made right in front of us, all absolutely delicious. I really can't say enough how good this meal was. Neither of us are big drinkers, but Chef Brian paired a single bottle each of red and white wine that went perfectly with the food.Conversation flowed a little easier once the wine was open, and very quickly the evening turned into something between a classy restaurant experience and dining in with new friends--that is, friends who set up, cook, and clean up everything for you. But it all felt very natural and of course we enjoyed every moment.I would recommend Chef Brian to anyone looking for a unique, masterfully crafted, and welcoming private dining experience. Five stars.

5 stars is not enough. This man literally saved the day on a moments notice. My wife had originally booked a chef and he cancelled the morning of. She was beside herself as this was for her sister bachelorette party. I was in desperation mode trying to help her find a chef and Chef Brian didn’t just come thru he literally made it the most memorable meal of the entire parties lives. Brian and his wife from start to finish didn’t just get the job done they absolutely killed it. I was not there but my wife and the rest of the 5 women present said it was absolutely unbelievable each and every dish. The service the communication the presentation the conversation and everything in between was just perfect. I could not recommend someone more. He saved the day but he also saved the final night of a memorable trip for my wife and her sisters and friends. My fiancé gave Chef Brian very specific guidelines and food preferences for the surprise dinner, and somehow he took my simple love of cheese, mussels, and fish and transformed it into an incredible 5-course meal that truly felt Michelin-star worthy. Having lived in New York, I’ve dined at many top restaurants, and his cooking was absolutely on par with some of the best meals I’ve had.Beyond the food itself, Alexandria created the most beautiful tablescape and such a warm, elegant atmosphere that made the evening feel incredibly special from the moment we arrived. What began as a surprise birthday dinner for the four of us quickly turned into an engagement celebration and even the announcement of a new business venture , so there was so much to celebrate in one evening.Alexandria and Chef Brian handled every detail perfectly. The food, service, ambiance, and overall experience exceeded every expectation. It felt intimate, luxurious, and deeply personal all at once. The food was outstanding especially the gnocchi- just over the top good! The service was impeccable.
