Not only does Luc not miss a thing but he can work in any environment we have going on that day of training. It was my first time at PROJCT and I was quite nervous but Brooklyn made it way less intimidating! She was very kind and patient and was happy to explain all the exercises to me one on one and even offer alternatives to help with the workout . The Projct has become such an important part of my routine, physically and mentally. The coaches and welcoming and supportive; the other athletes cheer you on and are ready to push you when needed. It’s not just a gym, but a community and that’s what make it the best!!

Just wanted to take a minute a give a huge shoutout to the Projct! It had been a minute since last worked out but I was welcomed back with open arms and huge encouragement! If you are looking for someone to workout I would highly recommend Projct! I started going to classes in January and should have started sooner. I had a quick call with Jordan in November but was hesitant to start so waited. I was nervous that I would be too out of shape and slower than everyone in the classes. Whatever level you are at the classes are inclusive to everyone's level.

The Projct is my favourite gym in Edmonton. Jordan and the coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive. Classes are always engaging and fun, and not intimidating at all. I have met so many amazing people there. You will not be disappointed.
I have been going to the Projct now for almost 4.5 years and will keep coming back. The workouts are amazing. This is not just a gym but a great community. The culture at this gym is the most inclusive and positive I have seen. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. Every workout is a healthy challenge. 5/5 stars!!!
I absolutely love working out at the projct! The trainers are so welcoming, friendly and supportive. The classes have great variety and you are always guaranteed a great workout. This place is fantastic. Equipment is plentiful and high quality, classes are exciting and fun to be a part of. There is never any pressure, but to do what you can. It is inclusive and welcoming, coaches are intelligent and encouraging, and the whole energy surrounding the gym and it’s people is exactly what you need.
Thanks to the Projct, I am now getting matches on Tinder and Bumble. My confidence level has boosted and I am not afraid to approach beautiful ladies at the clubs and get shot down... Because if I get shot down, I GYM at the Projct babyyyy. GAIIIIINZ.

I’ve had back pain since I was 16, but about a year ago the pain started to move into my glute and then further and further down my leg. A few months ago it had gotten so bad that I wasn’t able to straighten my leg out or bend at my hips at all anymore without a terrible shooting pain down my entire leg. I couldn’t power through the pain anymore and had to stop playing basically all sports (which was a very big part of my life). Since I’ve been dealing with the back pain for over 8 years now I had come to learn what exercises and stretch’s help me the most, but nothing was working this time! I was honestly getting really worried if I’ll ever be able to get back to sports at all. Before coming to the PROJCT for my first time I had already been to several physiotherapists, chiropractors and doctors without any success. I was pretty doubtful that a fitness trainer was going to help, but one of my friends spoke very highly of the PROJCT, so I thought I’d give it a shot. Wow, was I in for an extremely pleasant surprise. Right from the first session I knew that there was hope for the future. First of all, I wasn’t just handed some default set of exercises and stretches that anyone with back pain should do (like I have been at so many other places). Luc spent a great deal of time listening to my story and working through a variety of movements to assign a custom workout plan for me. They also use this great app where they can share custom workouts with you, including demonstration videos on how to do all the exercises correctly (I was really impressed by this)! Luc really cared about my progress and would check in with me every week or so to make sure the workout plan was still working for me and listen to any concerns I had. After only coming in for 4 sessions I was able to deadlift without pain, when only two months ago I literally couldn’t even bend at my hips at all without a shooting pain down my entire leg! Now that’s some pretty serious progress! I’m extremely impressed and thankful I came across Luc and the team at the Project! I would highly recommend going to the PROJCT for any recovery or training needs without a doubt. Less

This crew rocks. Excellent coaches lead you through a variety of exercises on high quality equipment. The team hand picks playlists to match the intensity of the workouts. Average class size between 12 to 16 people. Lots of great personalized advice on form during the 1 hour workout, and each coach's workout routine compliments the others. Fantastic choice to maximize your gains.

When you walk in the door you are welcomed by one of the Projct team members and every other person in the class. It is not the typical gym where you walk in and everyone sticks to themselves, far from it. I have got to know so many amazing people from the gym that I am so lucky to hang out with outside of The Projct now. Jordan has truly created a community and after your first time you are hooked. When it comes to the workouts they are top level, the trainers are there to help you every step of the way. When I first started I was the farthest thing from physically fit (although was attending other gyms but never seeing progress). I am no pro athlete now but feel confident/comfortable around the gym and now stronger than ever. There has been several times over the past few years I just knew my body wouldn't allow me to do a certain exercise, never once did I feel ashamed. I got introduced through a friend and joined their February challenge. I have LOVED the classes and coaches. What I didn’t expect to find through this was the serious sense of community and support from other Project athletes. It is nothing short of inspiring to see everyone lifting each other up day to day, in and out of class. Each of the coaches bring their own unique spice to class and do their darnedest to push you through and keep you going strong. Jordan is the ultimate motivator, bringing THE HEAT while always making you feel like a rockstar, even when you are at your absolute capacity. Brooklyn's burner classes are the perfect combination of sweet and spicy. She brings so much kindness and joy to the workouts but never hesitates to push you to your limits. Stacey is the harbinger of pain but in the best and funniest way possible always making sure you have a heavier weight in hand than you originally opt for, and “Death by Seth” isn’t just a witty term but the true result of taking one of his classes. The best part of this place has to be the trainers (Brooklyn, Stacy, Carrie, Seth and Jordan), each of them bring their own passions and personalities to the workouts which makes the classes different and entertaining. One thing they all have in common is the desire to make each client have a good workout. Mission accomplished. The classes are fantastic. Since the move to online classes, this place has not skipped a beat. The trainers adaptability to the new classes is a great indicator of how knowledgeable they are in their field. Safe to say I was in one of those "ruts" in September. I've known Jordan for a number of years and known the ball of energy he brings every time. With the challenging time I had in my life and then throw Covid on top of that I decided to do the October challenge. Hook, Line and Sinker! I've now been "crushing" the "spicy" workouts ever since. With every workout leaving you a sweaty mess, your body a "good sore", every instructor making you smile throughout the whole thing and have you wanting to come back for more says enough about this gym and all the instructors! I signed up for the PROJCT February Bingo Challenge and have really enjoyed it. The online classes are great and have found all the instructors very knowledgeable and friendly. The challenge has been super motivating and fun, especially during lock down and a polar vortex. Can’t wait to check the gym out once it opens back up!!

I have been coming to this gym since it opened and I love it. I never feel judged or intimidated when I'm there. All the coaches make working out so much fun and make you feel like you're part of a community. The community feeling is why I keep coming back.
Not only is the PROJCT a fantastic gym it is also an inclusive and amazing community! During COVID they have been incredibly flexible adapting to the continuously changing protocols. Their online workouts have kept me sane the past 11 months!
I started off and on with the projct specifically for getting better playing golf along with trying to get into fitness which has been always work for me. Last year is when I took the plunge and started full time with them. The group classes are great all the instructors bring something different yet all make you wanting to come back. Love it!

The Projct has it figured out! They treat you as a person and not just as another punch pass. They keep it creative and fun which keeps you coming back! I have also had personal training done through them, and they actually listen to YOUR goals, and don't just give you static routines. Definitely my favorite spot for classes or personal training.

While I was seeing some progress I stepped up my focus with him last spring and in a couple of months saw some immediate improvements. Most specifically almost a 15 yard increase throughout the bag. That was awesome but the best part was the increase in sustained energy and the control I had over my body through the round. I really noticed that I didn't break down at the end of the round like I used to which lowered my scores considerably as I am a member at EPGCC and the closing three holes will expose you if you aren't on your game. Having set the foundation last year I have seen some incredible increases this winter. I have lost 20LBs, I'm in the best shape of my life and increased my swing speed from a not so controlled 107mph to an in control 112mph. Honestly though the key has not just been increases in power and strength it has been in setting a foundation where I understand and have far better control of my body. This has given me a toolbox to assess and correct any swing/inefficiency issues that come up on my own which gives me a ton of confidence to be able to adjust mid round. I just finished the Golf 6 week training program with Jordan Jeske. I learned a ton of exercises to add to my day to day workouts that will help with the foundation of my golf game. I can't wait to get out there this summer and apply everything we learnt! Great program and would highly recommend!

My wife and I started going to The PROJCT back in Dec and once I heard about PROJCT Golf I knew I had to sign up. After completing the 6 week golf specific training program I feel stronger and more in control during my swing. I can wait to hit the course this year with some of the the guys I met at the gym!!!!

As a modest former high school athlete who enjoys the punishment of The Projct group classes, I elected to sign up for the ProjctGolf course in preparation of the upcoming season. BOY did I learn quickly what I've been missing out on, ABS. Jordan is the core locater and he quickly coached us on the body mechanics to load and explode our bodies the proper way that would allow us to unlock the power to fully send those ProV1's into orbit. Jordan is TPI certified and it's legit, I've seen the certificate. His course was a good mix of teaching, exercise and fun so that you can get the form correct, which is the most important, then test and translate that form in the gym. The ProjctGolf course was functional training in a friendly environment. At the core (literally) it was extremely informational. Highly recommend to any golf lover! Less

Jordan and his team were able to offer PROJCT Online to help with being active while being at home. Being able to offer classes through an online platform was beneficial not only physically but mentally as well. I have participated in a few online challenges already and it was a great way to keep me accountable and build good habits. And you still get a great sweat with little to no equipment (it's amazing how a 15 lb weight can feel like 50 lbs). The challenges also provided a way to connect with others who are also working out at home. You still felt the sense of community despite not being physically present. It is an incredible community of supportive individuals all looking to improve their health and make progress. Jordan and the team are incredible. Before starting here, there was so much I did not know about my form and it was great to work alongside those who care and want to make sure you're taking care of yourself. Being here has helped both my physical and mental health. The challenges they set out are so much fun to participate in. Jordan has done such an incredible job building this community of individuals who are positive and supportive. If you're looking for a challenging workout that is different every time, always fun, and delivers results, I cannot recommend this place enough. Less
The Projct is an experience through and through. Jordan and his team concentrate on movement, technique, and building results. I love training with the crew at the Projct because I am always motivated to show up, do more, and not make excuses. When I first started going to the PROJCT I couldn’t press a barbell over my head without my back giving out. My upper body was always a huge area of opportunity for me and one I sometimes neglected because I was embarassed to look “weak”. 31 days later I can do all my sets and so much more. I’m looking and feeling “sturdier”. Can’t wait to see how I progress in the coming month! Having been to lots of group style classes (barre, spin, boxing, etc.), I can safely say I find this class to be the best workout and experience out of any of them for me. Jordan cultivates a real teamwork mentality. It’s so motivating to be in the room and watch yourself and your new friends get stronger every day! Less

I have been attending The Projct's group classes for almost a year and I believe Jordan is one of the most experienced and committed trainers. I started training once a week, as part of his Monday group sessions and really enjoyed the variety and challenge he put into the sessions. Even in a group class setting, Jordan is focused on helping everyone achieve their goals and makes the necessary adjustments to accommodate all fitness levels and any injuries. My fitness has increased and I've seen improvements in my core, form, I can lift heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I actually find myself looking forward to each class and try to attend 4-5 classes a week. The fitness community in Edmonton can be intimidating, but Jordan welcomed me with open arms and really changed my mindset on fitness. His fun, high energy teaching style makes you want to come to class and I have made so many new friends. I truly feel part of The Projct fitness family where everyone is there to better themselves and provide each other with support and positivity. I would recommend Jordan and The Projct to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer and supportive environment! Less

In addition to my previous post below, I can't thank The Projct team enough for being so amazing and supportive during the last 12 months of this pandemic. Jordan and his incredible team of coaches adapted very quickly to online workouts when they were forced into lockdowns. They have kept me accountable and motivated to keep up with home workouts and created new and exciting challenges to keep me going and I have lost 11 lbs along the way! I love to sweat at The Projct because there truly is no place or community quite like it. I feel strong, confident and mentally and physically better when I am attending both in person and virtual group classes as well as personal training. Thank you Jordan, Stacey, Seth, Brooklyn and Carrie for continuing to go above and beyond for your community. We are eternally grateful.
