Rachel not only listened to how I wanted my hair to look, but explained to me how she was going to achieve it which was exactly what my former stylist would do. She took her time with my request for thin highlights (I have a ton of hair) and corrected the mistakes the last salon made while using gentle products so as not to damage my hair. We had our first appt. today and the staff was very kind and Rachel did a perfect job on my 14 yr old daughter's hair. She was so sweet and engaging; we're very happy, we will certainly be back! The studio is immaculate even down to the restrooms. I was very pleased with the prices as well. :)
