Jill Alvarez always offers a variety of exercise activities/routines every day. Each day we begin our session with a set of warm up core exercises, followed by a specific set of exercises designed to strengthen a specific set of muscles and/or the entire body. From Tuesday's Legs Day, to Wednesday's Total Body, to Thursday's Arms/Shoulders' Day, alobg with every day cardio exercises, Jill offers sessions that get at toning,strengthening and building total body endurance. As a 70 year old man, U've never been so fit in my entire life... owing it all to Jill and Gerardo and the exercise offerings at Xtreme Fitness. And I didn't even mention the various boot camps (deadlifting, basic barbell, abs) I've also attended. Jill trult offers a complete menu of exercise options, that are always adapted to a person's fitness level. I could go "on and on" about the health and fitness level improvements I've gained under Jill's coaching and guidance, suffice it to say, she's TRULY changed my life!
