Their pricing was extremely competitive, they use quality products and the install team, led by Hayden, was very professional, answered all my questions, and accommodated the panel configuration on my roof so it maximised energy generation without impacting the aesthetic of the house. Empire Energy installed the new Solar system without having to remove the older system and the older system is still in use in conjunction with the new system. From the word go I am extremely pleased with the quality of work and with the people involved with the total installation. Recently had a small problem with the online system not recording what was going on with the system on my phone. A quick call to Empire Energy who immediately contacted the battery supplier and with the information supplied by the battery supplier the matter was resolved very quickly.
