This is a great gym and a great community. I was only there for several months, and right away felt welcomed and part of the crew! I did the fitness boxing classes, which were a great workout with some amazing people. I only left because my schedule shifted and I could no longer make the class times. Would've stayed if I could!

The coach's were good and the people were also good. It was all good until I decided I wanted to take some time off. Attempted to contact the gym using the methods they gave for modifying my membership and after half a month of contacting the gym was still unable to reach them. On top of this you are given no access to the contract after you sign. And even to this very moment they have not updated their contact info. I finally emailed the owner on my own volition and she said she'd cancel me, but charge me once due to a thirty day notice. 3 months later and I've been charged 3 times and she has said she'd cancel it 3 times. Don't come to the gym, they don't deserve the business.

Went here during a ClassPass promo and was amazed how friendly the staff was! The community here is great and very welcoming to new people. I usually do BJJ but needed to work on my upper strength and this is the place to come to! The coaches and trainers know their stuff and you'll feel more confident and have the understanding on both muay thai and boxing!

Great experience, great coaches. I participate in the adult/young adult Muay Thai and Kick Boxing, it's such an awesome way to finish day. My son, age 11, is in youth MMA and really enjoys it. Come learn this skill, you will not be disappointed.
