My biggest focus when looking for instruction was the cost as a college student my budget is limited but Zinta’s cost is an incredible value in my opinion. The instruction is wonderful and encouraging as learning another language is bound to be tricky. I’ve felt inspired not only to expand my knowledge of the conversational aspects of ASL but also my understanding of Deaf culture. This class has opened my eyes to the beauty of ASL as well as a spark to continue in my fluency journey. Melissa is an amazing and personable teacher with a great depth of knowledge and insight into the language and multifaceted culture it comes from. I recently attended the Silent Strokes, Style in Silence event which was a charity event. I am trying to learn sign language and learned a few color words that evening that I was able to use the next day at work. I enjoyed my evening with the Zinta staff and the other folks at the event. I absolutely LOVE this school! Zinta has a great Curriculum! They were wonderful to work with when my schedule needed adjusting. I took Spanish classes and you could tell the skill and improvement after every session! You are taught so you can speak it quickly! It’s fun too!! So yes do it!!!!
